我现在的title是Actuarial Associate,在Pricing部门工作。今年3月份可能要升职到
Senior Actuarial Associate. 在办Prevailing Wage Determination(PWD)时,律师给
我办的SOC occupation 是Statistician 而不是Actuary, 因为我的工资比Actuary（
Level II）的Prevailing Wage低。
请教大家律师这么干可行吗？如果现在按Statistician办，将来办140和485时会不会有
麻烦(假设我到那个时候已经是FSA)?
如果DOL认为我不能办Statistician的话，有没有其他的办法？
我的工资估计得2年后才能达到Actuary Level II 的要求。
