发帖数: 71 | 2 一般做完内审都会先考虑在公司内部转其他部门.因为有内审的公司一般都是规模较大
的公司,所以都会有转到其他部门的机会.
我周围做过内审的人,好象还没有再跳到四大去做外审的.我没有做过外审,但个人觉得
内审要比外审有意思.有些公司的内审只是偏重于财务方面的审计,有些公司是要做
operational process audit的, 那个可以学到很多东西,当然对auditor的要求也高些,
如果是学校直接毕业去做,会有一定的challenge.
另外有一点,就是许多公司的内审出差会很多,这个要事先考虑清楚.
如果你对四大外审感兴趣,为什么不考虑直接申请四大呢?

internal audit team. Operational process audit is much more fun than
financial audit. You'll understand the business much better than testing
SOX controls all the time.
Most people's career path move from external audit to internal, rather than
what you are saying.
Traveling is definitely involved, but if you work for a mid-size company
with not very complicated structure. Traveling is probably not as much as
large public traded companies. |
