title是internal auditor。 可是公司只有3个人。真不知道是不是真的需要internal
auditor。 而且也不知道能不能办h1 | y**b

within,所以很容易move到其他部门.我最近找工作的时候好几家公司都是因为有人转到
其他部门才招外来的人的.
问题是看这个公司的culture怎么样, 有的喜欢外来和尚的话自然不行.另外公司本身在
紧缩的话,那肯定没戏了. 我原来公司的一个同事,已经做了5年了,大家都知道他不喜欢
这个工作,想要转其他部门,但就是找不到.因为公司本身在紧缩,cut cost,其他部门自
己都在砍人,自然不可能找新人了.

对比internal auditor career path，做accountant未来选择面更多，另外不是所有公
司都需要internal auditor的。

通常internal audit manager上面会有director那个级别的.
accounting manager上面通常有senior manager/director的级别,然后才是VP, 不会马
上就是controller的.
如果你的上级走了,那么你自然可以升上去了.
问题是所有的private industry里面都是这样,就是你的老板那个位子如果不走或者不
升的话,你是没有办法升的,好一点的是转其他部门升一点. 这个不管是internal audit
还是accounting都是一样的情况.
我原来公司的CAE general auditor,就是从entry level accountant一直做到公司的
corporate assistant controller,然后再也升不上去了. 因为corporate controller
那个位置的人一直没有动. 然后正好general auditor的那个人去其他公司了. 所以他
才转内审, 算是升到General auditor这个位置. 然后过了两年, 一个分公司的VP
