Staff Accountant
Job Description:
Responsible for month end close procedures for all corporate offices; this
requires completion of all supporting schedules for both balance sheet and
p&l accounts.
Assist in monthly review of general and administrative expenses; this
includes investigation of budget to actual differences.
Serve as a backup for monthly bank reporting to our lending syndicate.
Maintain all recurring journal entries; review monthly to ensure any new
entries are properly set up and maintained.
Invoice expenses associated with foreign operations
Complete all monthly bank reconciliations
Review and post journal entries from the Travel and Entertainment System.
Assist in pulling documentation for the year-end audit.
Assist in ad hoc projects as necessary.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 2-4 years of relevant work experience
Desire to work part time in a fast paced, exciting environment
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong MS Excel Skills including V-Lookup, and Pivot tables
Fluency in Mandarin
Experience with AS400 preferred but not required
