int可以用staff of amana代替。

发帖数: 111 | 32 最近刚刚从熊猫那里又挖来了Coombs当DB coach, 好像现在的staff里只有Withers是没
有Ohio tie的了。靠这个staff阵容八丐下面几年应该能比较好地守住俄州这个recruiting的沃
土，州内recruit应该不错。不过感觉上这个 staff 也不过就是recruit会不错，真正
指教/调教队员的水平客气地讲也是unproven, 其中好几个人就是和州内高中的关系密
切而已，水平上好像很有限。市长的路子现在看好像有些过于侧重于recruit而相对忽视了
对队员的develop，这个基本上和JT的路子刚好反过来。JT在recruit上比较layback，
差不多就行。随着staff的逐步成型，越来越让人担心：就算来的都是五星，调教得不
好也最后一样是废柴。 |

绿卡广告倒不太像，因为量身定做的话还能写得更细致具体，可以减少收到的简历。我
个人的感觉是senior staff这在WD是个很高的title，CFD经验只要区区2到5年，简直是
个笑话。当然CFD基础上又要会FEA又要PhD的，确实把Bar提高了不少，但是还是难以达
到senior staff这种级别。
这种门槛看起来很宽实则内藏玄机的我很反感，senior staff你不到40岁根本别去，压
不住人的。还有WD这样的公司，不是top 10 US大学毕业的senior staff这种位子你也
做不上去的。说白了，要么你够老够senior，要么你学历背景硬得一塌糊涂，博士6年
在UC Berkeley，MIT,CalTech跟着诺贝尔奖得主做了6年WD资助的项目，不然你年级轻
轻凭啥去坐WD这种级别的职位？这些东西当然不可能写到广告里，至于要不要绿卡，那
答案简直是一定的。40来岁没绿卡你也不用去WD混了。
最可能的答案就是内定了人选，但是HR流程还得走，毕竟WD是个EEO的公司。 |

，突然意识到，再好的staff也不是faculty。
当然，如果你是senior staff而且手下有不少人就另当别论了。我的staff虽然是top5
的，因为是一个非常小的部门，没有任何手下；另外，我是刚刚开始申请AP。还没有实
际经验说明哪个更好。有时觉得可能以后多半会更辛苦，不过反正年轻，亏了也认了。 |
