老公刚在明州找到工作，为了也能留在明州，想用两年时间充电考一个明州的CPA，以
便更好的找工作。给明州的Accounting Board发了下面这封email，咨询关于学分的问
题，一个多星期了也没有答复。想请教一下版上的朋友。
I received my Master degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations
from a Level 2 School in Minnesota.(明州CPA考试把毕业的大学分几个级别。)
I am interested in sitting for the CPA exam. I have a couple of specific
questions.
1) Since I have earned a Master's degree (not in Accounting, but in HRIR)
from a level 2 school, it seems that I only need to have 15 semester hours
in accounting at the g
