One offer is from a small Chinese CPA firm. I always wanted to go to a CPA
firm and get a license. I have sent out a few applications via recruiting
websites, and only got this offer. They offer lower salary. What I am

you get to learn how to interact with different people and build
inclusiveness in your career. Working chinese, while great with high dose of
chemistry, doesn't really reward you valuable lessons you learn from
diversity this country offers. |

I am not sure what kind of controller position you got. Since you are not
licensed CPA, maybe the position is similar to senior accountant role. You
will definitely learn a lot. Even if you go back to China, your experience
in American corporation is much more valuable than small CPA firms.
Royalty accounting is not very complicated. Usually it relates to debit to
AR and credit to Royalty revenue for the net amount received. Or s |
