the benefit of doubt: if the 6/4 movement wasn't pushed
to extremes by the overly zealous overseas supporters,
don't you think China would be a better place than what
it is now? From what I learned in the 1980's, TG was
sincerely exploring ways to reform the political system
and all those plans got shelfed after 6/4.

I would say if initially you cannot keep your heart rate below (180 - age + 10)
while running, then you should run until heart rate is a little over your
MAF heart rate, walk for a little, when the heart rate is down, resume
running.
