不觉得，LITTLE就是想要他FINISH 8TH，至少能再OUT一个。
我一点也不觉得SOX那么冤，教练换不换PITCHER里外都有可能遭埋怨，关键还是PEDRO说
的，他输了这比赛，不是教练输的。SOX和YANKEE的这场比赛和CUBS第6场性质完全不同，
那场比赛是COLLAPSED，一个FAN和一个致命ERROR。没有这两下情况会很不一样。但SOX的
第8局即使换了PEDRO也不能保证不被追平。SOX还是输给了YANKEE，而CUBS是输给了自己
更不能比了，BILL BUCKNER的失误怎么能和教练换不换ACE相提并论 |

a monopoly corporation, exempted from the antitrust law (this is the biggest
problem).
If MLB is not a monopoly system, simply any one can build the team in New York
and from the market-size of New York, easily 4 or 5 teams can compete there.

Consider Joe Torre believes in Pettitte that much but Pettitte leaves Yankee
just like that will be some impect on the team. If next year Joe can't bring
back another AL east champ and maybe world series champ, he will be next.

outperformed their expected win-loss percentage by a large margin. In
most case that means the team is actually not as good as its record
indicates. So it's possible if odds are against them this year, they
will get much less impressive record.
On the contrary, Redsox' win-loss is slightly lower than expection.
Granted, Yankees are strengthened this year while Redsox hitter might
not repeat, but I'd say it's a close call.

0.7场defensive。不过由于他们将把A-rod换到3B，可能防守上的好处就没有
那么多了。客观估计大约是3场左右。
付出的代价是：16M-5M=11M，基本上是这两年，因为过两年Soriano eligible
for free agency，估计不会低于12M。
也就是说，秧鸡这两年每年多花11M+奢侈税，可能差不多达到20M左右，换
回每年多赢三场比赛。
不过加上A-rod的明星效应，卖卖周边产品，估计也能赚回一点。
最合理的是让A-rod打SS，Jeter换去2B或者CF，不过暂时不可能发生。

早上10点多就早早起来，准备上午去把机油换了，下午好踏踏实实看比赛。换完油，那
个店的manager告诉我一个不幸的消息，我车的radiator已经不行了，最近就得换了，然
后给我查了下价钱，300多刀啊。他开始给我order part，我回家吃饭。吃过饭，小王比

我看他年龄也不大，也就50岁的样子。然后他说他去养鸡场看过超过200场比赛。我就问

去别的地方（不知道是去耍了，还是工作需要，没问），就把他扔给他爷爷。他爷爷就

re sinker pitchers who had success in the MLB level. Both have major control
issues. To me, Chien-Ming is coming back to form. In his last few starts, t
he GO/FO ratio was really good. He does not have a good secondary pitch, whi
ch hurts him. But moving to a team with better infield defense will also ben
efit him.
