回来。说说签证的情况吧。材料就是按照版上列的清单准备的。早上6：50去排队，7：
30开始放人，我是第一拨。进去后安检，然后就要填EMS快递单了。接着就是排队交材
料，给号。因为签的是H4，所以工作人员还要了结婚证和老公的I-797表.再等着叫号拿
材料按指纹，也是一拨一拨的叫。我是8：50叫到的，取完材料就是排队按指纹，之后
再去排队等着VO面谈了。给我面谈的是一位白人哥哥，上去打完招呼，就问我：
去过美国吗？去过。
看了一眼结婚证，问：什么时候结婚的？XXXXXX
你老公在那边做什么？在什么地方?XXXXXX

其实我爸妈签证硬伤挺多：
1.房子不在广州领区
2.爸爸跨区签证
3.我博士没毕业就转成H1B工作
重要经验/技巧：
1. 现在广州签证要在DS160上写地址，电码，和贴照片, 给父母寄材料的时候可以先先
准备一份已经写好地址和电码的表，还要多寄几份DS160，然后让他们带上笔，照片，
固体胶。我爸妈就是因为准备充分，在开始入场的时候一路非常顺利，从第20多位，一
直排到第3位，成了他们那个签证官的第一个签的。
2. 主动出示有利材料，有助于签证通过。
3. 挑最好的照片，贴在一张A4的纸上，应该可以贴三张，然后要会解释给签证官听。
4. 要据实自信作答，如果本来就有很小的孩子，那父母过来照顾一下很合理。如果编
造说成只来2-3个月，主要是旅游，签证官真的不信！
妈妈出来之后给我电话说：“今天特别顺，一个交材料顺，签的也快(入场到出来40分
钟)，不累；另外一个，我做的照片起了大作用；还有就是签证官比较年轻，可能和我
年纪相仿”。

下载数据，数据下载完成后提示安装3个程序。随后手机就开始出现缓慢现象，并且经
常死机，用户就会怀疑手机是否中毒。

失。不过有一个手机安全软件还存在，就是网秦。
但是用网秦手机卫士查杀，显示无法查杀最新病毒，根据提示，需要通过网络更新

有几点要清楚，
1. EB1B的律师如果是学校的， 他们同意办才能做下一步。
2. 系里出Letter， 如果内容里一定要有timeline.最好的办法是 只把 timeline 写进
Financial letter。
3. 准备材料，如果employment letter 仍然有问题， Talk to the Chairman in your
department. Let him write a letter to confirm that you are currently
employed...bla bla bla....
我当时是拿了一份 学校律师的employment letter 模板， 告诉系主任 说 这个才是 正
规格式。一般情况是没问题的。 千万记得不要出现Ending Date. 最后要用这封信
从学校的Dean 的到Signiture， 才能递交140.

本人按NIW交的485 (TSC)，交了后又拿到EB1 140 Approval (NSC)
发email得到回复：

一点有用信息，希望对大家有所帮助。
具体情况如下
NSC
主申请人： 非党员
副申请人：党员，提交时出国不足5年
485 RD 12/7/15
FP 2/1/16
EAD/AP RD 2/25/16
485 AD 4/13/16
前几天看到网上的党员RFE，也一直在忐忑不安，担心会被RFE。幸好顺利通过。这里我
提供一点自己关于写statement的心得。我参考了网上的模板，办理140的律师也提供了
一个模板，但是因为我入党时间早，同时出国时间不足5年，似乎这些模板不是太适合
我。后来我找到了另外一个模板（很抱歉找不到原文链接了，依稀记得是一个律师事务
所的pdf文件）。该模板的申请人是个党员，而且出国不足1年，所以原文主要是针对出
于就业目的非自愿入党来进行陈述的，也提及为什么没有退档是因为在国内公务员工作
必须的。我根据自己的情况也是从非自愿入党这点入手，强调成为党员是成为免试研究
生的先决条件。claim自己没有在党内承担重要职务，最后提出出国后没有缴纳党费，

如果我的RFE就是这么简单的话那我也就没有必要写这么多了，让我郁闷的是RFE的要求
里边还有另外两条，1，要提供当前EVL和最近的pay stub；2，要提供证据说明我以后
还会在140申请所陈述的领域里工作。当我第一眼看到这个的时候觉得非常的郁闷，因
为我都已经在中国开始工作了，很显然是没法提供第一条要求的证据啊！那几天里我的
脑子里流过了各种想法，最极端的包括放弃现在的工作再回美国和干脆就放弃绿卡。可
是想来想去我都觉得这其中的任何一个我都不想放弃。最后我选择了这么个办法：
我在我所在的州注册了一个公司，公司主营咨询，业务范围和我在140申请里完全一致
，然后给USCIS提交了如下证据
1，我原来单位的EVL，证明我在申请485的时候是毫无疑问有工作的
2，我原来单位的最后一次pay stub，证明我一直都不是public charge
3，我开新公司的所有文件，证明我有意愿继续在相同领域工作
4，我当前的银行存款证明， 证明我现在也不是public charge
