offer。结果这个seller agent发给我们的contract里夹了一份exclusive buyer's
agent agreement。我们跟他打电话说这个是我们自己找的，和buyer agent无关，更和
这个长期的exclusive buyer's agent无关。他一开始强词夺理说一定要签这个
exclusive buyer's agent agreement，他才能把我们的offer给seller。后来在我们的
坚持下，他给我们发了下面这么一封email。我们现在很疑惑，照他的说法，buyer自己
就不能给offer 了吗？

，所有的步骤都很顺利，刷完Debit，输完密码之后，就吐出一张Receipt，说Debit
not approved.
再查vanillavisa.com上这张卡的记录，就多出来两笔,一笔Debit，一笔Credit，余额
不变

昨天收到的邮件，我做了些考古，回复说是出给自己的朋友，今天收到他们的回复说跟
他们的记录不符合，要broker的信息，但是我也确实没有broker的信息，除了Mitbbs
ID。账户里还有20多万点，全作废有点可惜，请问我应该如何做？是否有希望保留账户
和点数？
