。此法案将华人据之于美国之外达几十年之久。虽然该法案于1943年就被废止，但是长

久，但是《美国法典》第8篇第7章题名为“排除华人”（Exclusion of Chinese）。它

我现在拿H1B，已经在科州更新过两次驾照了。刚刚打电话给DMV，得到一个“好”消息。
科州从7月1日起执行CO-RCSA SB251法案，对，你没看错，就是SB 250 + 1 法案。
这个法案其实是给非法移民发驾照和身份证。但是这些非法移民需要特别面谈，所以只
有5个office能办。科州脑残政策在于，他们把非法移民和所有temporary lawful
presence的人（包括H1B和F1)都放在一起，所以现在都走同样的程序。
这些人不能像过去直接到DMV去办驾照，他们要先到DMV网上预约

该法案允许中小学生根据自认性别(而不是生理性别)，任意进入男厕或女厕，异性浴室
，更衣间等设施。该法案审议之际，即遭到众多政治人物，学区委员和家长的强烈反对
，认为在少儿教育场所强制执行这种法案并不合适。而法案通过后，也引发社会两极化
反响。LGBT组织及其拥护者自然欢呼雀跃，歌颂AB1266体现了平等包容理念，维护变性
学生尊严。反对者则认为任何学生无需家长同意或医生证明，就能根据自认性别随便进
入异性公厕或者浴室，分明是牺牲绝大多数学生的隐私，并可能为性侵者创造更多犯案
机会。
那么，看看执行了厕所法案的地方是什么样子？参考文后附录的LGBTQ组织贴在加拿大
安大略省某女厕所外的海报，大意是：“如果你在女厕里觉得看见了不该进入的人，你
该怎么做？正确答案是：懂得包容，懂得尊重，不要紧张，坚信这个人没有进错地方。
”请问读完之后，你是感动，还是无奈？对于会保护自己的成年人来说，也许还可以选
择容忍，但是当这张告示出现你孩子的学校厕所门口时，你又会作何感想？

发帖数: 39 | 35 就在独立日那几天，mitbbs.com三藩版出现一篇文章号召给议员打电话反对ACA 4提案
。紧接着，加州微信群里面开始疯传给华裔民主党议员Phil Ting打电话发信的号召贴
，希望他能反对ACA 4的投票。什么是ACA 4？这是民主党提出的一条宪法修正案，目的
是把过去给Parcel Tax加税需要2/3投票赞成的门槛降低到55%赞成票即可。之所以提出
这种法案，是民主党为了方便自己加税而无所不用其极的手段。提案日程显示，7月份
Phil Ting作为committee主席的加州Revenue and Taxation committee要对此审议投票
。如果Phil Ting能投反对票，甚至仅仅是弃权，也是很有意义的一件事。
就在号召微信刚刚发出三个小时之后，群众已经报告，Phil Ting的语音信箱已经因为
太多群众留言而爆满。接下来，还有朋友继续打电话，等秘书接听或者发信表示反对。
想想SCA 5投票前，那几个华人民主党议员都说，我们之所以支持SCA 5，是因为华人太
