我觉得主要是中国教育关于team work的缺失.
刚才我把孩子们召集到一起,告诉她们爸爸这辈人在北美职场的情况.
是因为我们在中国受的教育没有team work这一块.
从来都是竞争.没有团结.
我告诉她们,以后一定要互相帮助,绝对不能单打独斗.
而且中国人一定要帮助中国人.
然后老二跟我说,学校里老师教了,
老大说,她们老师天天教team work.
老三也点点头.
这我才想起,我在魁省大学里读书的时候,
也是很多team work啊.看来还没有得到team work的精髓.
我看大家们是不是也重新复习一下team work.
我觉得中华民族历史上绝对不缺乏team work成功的例子.
现在生活中连老印都能真实地建立起team work,老中们为啥就不行呢?
感觉还真是被共产党洗脑洗坏了.

小弟和老板2个月前投了一篇计算机会议的文章，现在进入rebuttal period，收到了3
个reviewers的reviews（都是匿名的，没有打分），需要在72小时内给予不超过500字
的回复，做最后一驳。。。
我看到3个reviews的时候感觉基本没戏了，可老板觉得还行。他说第一个人认为
positive；第二个人比较positive；第三个人（以下简称R3）显然negative，很可能会
为了reject我们而argue。
他们大部分的评论都是边边角角的小细节，我都能回复。只是关于related work的，我
得承认我犯了个错误，有一类文章，本来引述了的，为了省空间，后来把citer给删掉
了。（这类文章我比老板懂，所以他没看出来漏掉了，这是我的责任。）

在我手里，trouble很多啊，要么一堆杂带，没有特异带；要么背景很脏很黑，也看不
到特异带；要么带是白色的，并且结果也不是想要的。而类似的问题，我handle其他公
司的，失败率没这么高。测同一个蛋白，abcam的很好用，clean，结果正确。cell sig
的乱七八糟。trouble呢，公司都宣称在他们手里好用。
他们的western protocol是这样的，很不一般，大家觉得合理吗
Block： 5% Milk TBST （他们说不能用BSA)
一抗： 5% BSA TBST 稀释
二抗： 5% Milk TBST
平时我们要么是block/一抗都BSA. 要么是牛奶block， 一抗直接在TBST. 二抗从来只
是TBST. work的抗体总是work了。
而cell sig 的， 有的抗体，即使完全按照他们的说法，甚至他们寄来 positive ctrl
， 也不work， 而他们的positive ctrl， 我用 abcam的抗体轻易检测出。 abcam 的

般的公司招聘广告是不会说可以 remote work 的，以免造成不必要的纠纷。就算是同
