dont worry
i think the reason they cry so angry because they are sleepy but couldnt
fall asleep, same reason that you are pissed. :)
either they have growing spur and feel hungry, but at night, they are too
sleepy to eat or drink, and not drinking or eating prevent them fall asleep,
and then they feel more tired, so it is a bad circle, and they are very
angry...
i suggest you give them food regularly, even if they dont eat, make them

from 9:pm to 7:am once she is on table food. My suggestion is do not force
baby to sleep thru the night if she can't, she/he wakes up for a reason,

smash his face down on the mattress in the beginning. I constantly woke up
to check on him... It was very painful. Later on he knows turn his head on
the right or left side to sleep. BTW, There should be no blanket or pillow
on the mattress because these things might suffocate the baby. We put
wearable blanket on him only. |

was 13 hours drive one way and we split that into two days. She did very
well in the car. I think having a comfortable car seat is very important. We
used Marathon 70, she slept in it easily. When she woke up, we have several
toys for her to play with, although she loves the plastic water bottles the
most. We stopped every 3-4 hours, so that we can stretch our legs and she

you know what, my 6 weeks old, one day she woke up 5 times at night.
and my LD and me were so happy, ONLY 5 time! this is true!
5 times is already MUCH BETTER than no sleeping the whole night...
which happend about 5-10 times so far, and she's only 7 weeks now...

我建议你好好和你劳工抽个时间谈一下，不要就事论事，你要从长远考虑，多提一下你
的娃，人家说虎毒不食子，你lg要是不肯为你考虑，要求他多为你娃考虑一下，从性格
和家庭环境上面分析分析。如果他连娃都不肯考虑，那就无可救药了。
那个啥婚姻咨询也可以尝试一下，不过美国人和我们人生观差太多。
你可以从以下几点准备：
1. 你们对对方有什么不满意？注意不要就事论事为一件小事的对错吵，而是从高出着
眼，比如，你lg认为你不孝顺你婆婆了吗？每次吵架的最根本原因是什么（比如一方过
于挑剔）？有没有希望减少吵架、控制情绪？你lg是否能够控制自己的情绪，去anger
control或者去婚姻咨询？
2. 你们之间的矛盾是否还可以调和？你们的婚姻是否可以继续？比如，你劳工能否客
观的看问题？能否只和婆婆住半年？能否给婆婆出去租房？
3. 对待双方父母的问题。现在男女平等，你lg有没有照顾到你的父母？你lg的姐妹有
没有尽义务？
4. 对待子女的问题。你们在经济上有没有给子女提供一个比较好的条件？有没有给他

every 3 hours. What I did was to wait 10~20 minutes before approaching her.

刚看到一个部分是关于训练孩子睡眠的。
简单说
一般是从四个月开始，但他们发现其实从两个月开始更加有效。这时间训练孩子独立睡
眠只需要三天。
晚上喂饱孩子时候把孩子扔床上，然后离开不要再打搅孩子，第二天早上再来看孩子。
孩子大概第一天和第二天会哭的比较厉害，第三天第四天就没事了。
具体文章参见下面。因为我对这便不熟悉，觉得有点夸张。他们说的是否真的这么简单
有效。当然，我逻辑上同意他们的说法，越早训练，孩子依赖性越容易摆脱，有可能事
半功倍。但不知道大家看法如何？

couldn't sleep until now.
I learned a lot from this reunion so I would like to share some of our
expereince.
It is really a great surprise 惊喜to me that my wife got her visa this time.
We didn't have too much hope and I was prepared to go back in summer to apply
with her together.
