看过woking版网友helloguys的四篇“在美国混大公司”系列的帖子，感觉挺受用，很
真实！
所以整理在一起，分享出来。
《在美国混大公司（一）》
楼主的性格比较保守，因此一直喜欢混大公司。
大公司的好处是知名度高，日后跳槽简历好看点。缺点是收入和晋升机会可能比不上一
些小公司。
大公司一般繁文缛节很多，效率比较低。因此要摆正心态，千万不能急。
在大公司的生存之道有方方面面，但最基本的一条是“不得罪人”。俗话说“小公司学
做事，大公司学做人”。要明白大家都是人在江湖，身不由己。说话做事尽量留有余地
。就算是“猪一样的队友”，也要给人家留条活路。
在电邮、开会中，涉及责任的时候，尽量不要点名。而要用被动语态或者集体负责制。
