到一位MM再次为screening test的结果烦恼，下定决心马上写！
精华版上有很好的总结了，对我也曾是受益匪浅。简单总结一下，就是:
1. first trimester screening (start from 12-13 wks)
2. CVS (start from 12-13 wks)
3. Amino test (start from ~15 wks)
想知道各种测验的详情，或到精华版或google.到处都有答案，这里就不罗嗦了。说一
下个人觉得重要的不容易查到的东西：
CVS和羊穿可以更早开始，两个都是很准确的，但是有一定的流产风险，越早风险越大
。我是16-17周作的羊穿，那时候的风险大概1/500，看个医院的情况而定。
个人不推荐CVS,风险大，不如羊穿安全。
强烈鄙视screening test.一点都不准，出来个高的比例，让准妈们担惊受怕，还得做
羊穿。羊穿要等1-2个星期才出结果，那个煎熬啊.

这回SDRR还是准备了非常久的，从去年10月17号多马3周后就开始了，从去年
11月8号到今年6月5号，一共30周，本来计划是跑2000迈的，最后执行下来跑了
1920迈，平均每周64迈，除去生病休息的17天和最后比赛日，一共跑了192天，
正好平均每天10迈。
我很少用跑个头，一般就是自己手记一下，也极少分析，30周的log:

when the temperature gets above 90 deg outside, along with humidity, mowing

was 27 at that time), I decided to not do the amino test.But when I did the
ultra at 20 wks, they said nuchal fold is big and is an independent test of
nuchal transluency, then re-calculate the possibility to 1/100. I finally
did at the amino at 22 wks.

this time 1.8 mm
