2. 这里，PEOPLE 是原告， 老张是被告， 小孩是victim of crime, 1st witness,

No ambulance chaser - yeah I mean lawyer - would accept it.Simply there is
no one injured so no big money at stake. Forget suing. Bring it to Maryland
Insurance Administration.
Secondly, you only have liability coverage so you have to represent yourself

jetta,说有顾客进来告诉他们我的车被hit and run了，witness看到车是一个silver
truck,车牌号FD38957（很怀疑witness有没有看错车牌号码），店员来问的时候
witness已经走了，丫居然没有问witness的名字和电话。这么多资料去file police
report有用么？车左屁股的漆掉了，虽然是老车，但是咽不下这口气呀。我只有

不久前在高速上规规矩矩地开着车被追尾,情况如附图1. 当时是上班高峰,前面刹车比
较急,我停下以后就从后视镜看到后面的车快速驶来,她试图转入右边车道,但是因为速
度过快,撞上了我的车右后侧,她的车滑入右道后又刮到第三条车道的一辆车.救护车来
了后我们都去了医院,几小时后警察才到我所在的医院向我询问情况.
几天后我拿到警察的报告竟发现,不知哪里来了个witness和撞我的driver一起诬陷说我
cut-in导致车祸.警察报告就根据他们的说法给结论了.附图2是警察报告的图,以下是报

发帖数: 305 | 39 简单描述下。去年2月车祸，对方撞我，我有witness。对方请律师，说我撞他，不过没
有证据，并称自己人身受伤害。保险仲裁判他全责。
年底他上法庭告我，多次延期后今年5月终于上庭，结果对方当庭称找到刚找到witness
，需要准备，又延期。现在第二次上庭，这个一年半后才出现的witness声称亲眼见我
撞他，我的witness在外州不能到。于是我们只好申请延期。我的律师说可能要安排
settle。
想问下这种情况我们有权利拒绝settle么？律师是保险公司请的，是不是保险公司说了
算？我们是不是得自己请律师，才能自己决定。另外我们没有申请人身伤害，是不是不
太会有律师搭理，因为他们拿不到钱，除非我们自己付所有的律师费。车祸非常小，对
方要求了15000的人身伤害。
想在本版先问问下有经验的大侠，以便和律师交涉的时候心里有底。现在的保险公司的
律师感觉不怎么给力，不知道是case太小的缘故，还是给保险公司干活的律师就这样。
感觉对方律师就很卖力，因为他可以分钱。

The first thing you need to do after any accidents (or only the accidents
which is because of other guy's mistake) is to FIND the WITNESS~!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!
Leave the car, DO NOT talk or argue to guys who causes this accident, it's
useless. TRY to find the witness immediately!!!! The people who are walking
around, the people who just infront you, the people who sit in other cars,
or any places.

是去看那个DISPLAY的包，店员坚持说我故意偷盗，不让我走。警察来了后，我被捕拘留，说以为
包的价格昂贵，我是GRAND THEFT，被警车送到警局按手印，照片，被拘留了一晚，第二天保释。 警
察说下月要出庭审讯。大家说我该怎么办啊？我现在又急又气。

发帖数: 1806 | 49 tapco这个quad rail设计的真是不错，感谢kevinwu兄弟的推荐。装了很满意，来强推
一把：
-目的：给AK装红点，本来纠结的问题包括价钱，安装，co-witness,重量，握的舒适与
否加上守法的限制。
-结果，真的很意外，但是居然全部实现了。
价钱便宜，amazon才40出头；
安装容易，google一下安装video，无工具15分钟搞定没问题。也不影响未来gas tube
的拆装和清洁。
重量，几乎和原来的handguard一样重。因为是poly为主，里面加铝heat shield做成的
。所以够轻，也没有ultimak之类替换了gas tube的不安定因素。 左右只有一小段rail
，这设计很好。
co-witness, 这是之前纠结最严重的问题，其他备选方案都是3倍到6倍的cost。我想要
co-witness也就是想让铁瞄还能用，并不是非得严格co-witness，就是防万一如果红点
没电了啥的，结果这个目的做到了，因为tapco在顶上rail中间挖了个槽，刚好还可以
用铁瞄瞄准。见图。
