刚买半个月的新车今晚就挂彩了，在家附近shopping mall的停车场被人hit and run了
。 非常幸运地是有目击证人，是个中年白人阿姨， 非常有正义感。 我从mall里出来
走到车位， 还不知道车子被蹭了，witness就走过来问这是你的车么，并且告诉我有辆
Camry 倒车的时候蹭了我的车尾， 我一看， 妈的，一块漆没了，还有一些划痕加小坑
。真是又气又懵。
witness 说她目击了全过程，当时camry倒车， 应该是知道蹭了我的车的，停下来瞄了
一眼就走了，当时witness想走上前去talk，但是对方溜了， 就立马记帮我记了对方的
车牌和型。并且给我留了她的联系方式。 当时心里就很感动，但有点手足无措，不知
道是该报警还是打给保险公司。 witness特别正义而且热心， 跟我说，第一， 报警，
第二，打给保险公司。
我当时就 call 911， 911让我打local的警局电话， 过了10分钟左右警察来了， file
了case 并且 记录了肇事车的车牌， 型号和witness的信息。

felony，我还有家有口，我不会那么干。但是我也绝不会善罢甘休，因为那个是
register sex offender，他以后不论生活在哪里，他的住址和工作地址都是公开的，
我会一直打电话给他的工作单位和住的小区说他是个register sex offender，至于他
住或者工作的地方care不care，那是我控制不了的，但是告诉他周围的人他是sex
offender肯定能咯应到那个家伙.至于我为什么说那个第二个witness被肇事者收买了，
因为昨天又有2个邻居过来告诉我肇事者给钱给那个witness了，我问邻居你们怎么知道
的，他们就只是说"I just know it". 不管那个witness到底被不被人收买了，他肯定
是说谎了。关于另外一个witness的证词，我咨询过我的律师朋友，他们说由于他并没
有直接看到车肇事所以证词几乎没有用。当初我住这个小区，一来因为离学校近，二来
价格也是average不是特别便宜，我看着不错就租下来了，我也不知道住户中有sex

第二个witness因为是drug dealer，明显不想和警察有什么关系，避开也是情有可原
凭藉第一个witness，加上伤痕，基本上就可以定罪了。 |

女儿四年级。昨天回家委屈地说，早上有一个五年级的男孩路过她，把自己的两个眼角
往上拉着说：“CHINESE!”女儿很伤心，也不知说什么，一天都不开心。女儿说这个男
孩对很多小朋友都很rude。
我说了三点。 1。 It must be very hurting, I feel you. 2.）你不必在意,小事一
桩。 3。It’s the best if you can say something next time. For example:
Please be quiet, It’s so rude!

了想逃，被一个witness看到，最后留了肇事者的所有信息，让我明天打电话给
security，
想问一下，这种情况怎么处理呢？找security然后打电话给对方保险公司？对方应该逃
不了全责了吧？

发帖数: 40 | 25 我前天晚上车停在小区停车场，翌日早上发现左边后视镜被人撞掉，左侧车身被撞凹，
没有人留下纸条，很明显是hit and run. 我马上报警，警察也说没有办法，他最多给
我写过report然我自己联系我的保险公司。由于我是半保，车也很旧了，所以就自认倒
霉找了个bodyshop把后视镜粘回去了。正好我老婆刚发现怀孕了，所以不想被这种倒霉
事影响心情，也就当这件事过去了。
谁知晚上小区经理主动告诉我我的车是被小区里另外一辆红色SUV撞的，肇事者也住这
个小区。我问小区经理怎么知道的，他说有2个目击者（也是小区住户）看到并且讨论
过，他也是听说的。然后我车上游红色油漆刮痕也是红色的。我找到那辆SUV的确前方
大灯有破损。然后我去找传说中的肇事者，他们跟我预料中一样就是不承认。然后我去
找传说中的目击证人，第一个目击证人说他没有亲眼看到我的车被SUV撞，他当时只是
听到一声很大的撞击声，然后去看了窗外，看见那个SUV从我车左侧退出来，然后趴到
旁边的一个车位，而且他还看到第二个目击证人就在现场。于是我就去找第二个目击证

have any reactions from the teachers. 她也不想当个tattletale.

our car was hit by a Volvo in the parking lot behind Great Wall and HK
Market in New Haven.
A nice Chinese man saw the "hit and run" car and left us a note with the
plate number.
The car refused to admit to the insurance company.
We need the witness's help.
