少。
那个wholesome是在“识”的作用（量子塌缩）之前，在时空中一种弥漫的全能的存在
，因为这时“它”有选择任何一种可能性的能力，可以说是维度最高，信息最全面的。
因为它有这样潜在变为任何一种东西的能力，所以可以说是全能、全知。
当这个wholesome选择（分裂后的相互选择）了一些东西之后，它的维度就下降了（选
择性减少），其中一部分的信息就被封闭在粒子之中，对外表现出来的信息也就随之减
少。选择的结果就是出现了色彩缤纷的五蕴世界。
出现五蕴世间，如果说有目的的话，并不是为了回归那个本来的wholesome。如果如此
的话，那个本来的wholesome为什么要幻化出这个五蕴世间呢？五蕴世间出现的目的，
是为了对wholesome的反观，并在此基础上出现超越，也就是涅磐。 |

想真确地解释这个问题很困难。要知道，事物有两种：物质的和精神的，即那些感
官能感觉的和那些理性所理解的。
能感觉到的事物就是那些通过五种外在感官感觉得到的东西。因此眼睛能看到的那
些外界存在就叫做感性的存在。理性的事物是那些没有外在存在形式而只有思想概念的
东西。比如心智，思维本身就是一种没有外在存在形式的理性的东西。人所有的个性和
品质都构成一种理性的存在而不是感性的存在。
概括地说，那些理性的真实，比如人的一切品质和可赞的完美都是纯善的，存在着
的。恶则是它们的不存在。所以无知是缺乏知识，谬误是缺乏引导，健忘是缺少记忆，
愚笨则是缺少良好的感悟。这一切都并不真正存在。
同样，感性的真实也绝对全是好的，恶只是由于它们的不存在——就是说，眼瞎是
缺乏视力，耳聋是缺乏听力，贫穷是缺乏财富，疾病是缺乏健康，死亡是缺乏生命，虚
弱是缺乏体力。

层次上的元素往往相互之间有矛盾，这时候着眼点在任何一个单元上就不够wholesome
。但是站高一个层次从整体的角度去理解和思考，就能整合这个矛盾而取得整体的和谐
。Truestory让双方理解各自的诉求的方法，就是一种心理学上的解决方案，让双方都
站到整体的立场上去解决问题。这种心态不是自然人天然就有的，这需要学习。人生的
目的就是为了那个学习。
但是这个相对的整体在那个层次上又会与其它并列体产生矛盾，好比内部和谐的美国与
内部和谐的伊朗依然有矛盾一样的，这样解决的方案就是再次站到更高的整体感上去。
好比当有宇宙人入侵的时候，这两个国家认识到整体感的机会马上就大多了，因为这里
有了共同利益这个着眼点的认知和站位。
而佛修的教导是希望人能站到最高的整体感上，从根部彻底消灭任何层次的二元的分离
。当然佛陀不会期望任何人能一口吃成个胖子，特别是这次是要求连“着眼点”这个角
度也需要消灭掉，是难以想像的，所以具体的教导也是在相对的低层次上引导大家提升

我是期望，以我描述的第七识的这个你没有接触过的角度，能让你结合你自己的经验，
那个你说的“法无我”的经验，然后问你自己那样的一个问题：对呀，在那个状态，我
确实体验到了无，并且，除了那个“知”还在，其它的一切的“有”我都没有观察到。
那就说明，六入处和五蕴的那套系统，确实都关掉了呀。那样的话，那个“知”，是不
是确实就是五蕴之外的呢？
如果你未见空，没有明心见性的经历，那就当我白说好了。下面是你引用的：若有比丘
作是说。我于空三昧未有所得。而起无相．无所有．离慢知见者。莫作是说。所以者何
。若于空未得者而言我得无相．无所有．离慢知见者。无有是处。若有比丘作是说。我
得空。能起无相．无所有．离慢知见者。此则善说。所以者何。若得空已。能起无相．
无所有．离慢知见者。斯有是处。
我是认为，我自己的角度，完全是可以轻易放下的。佛陀说八万六千法门，那就算是八
万六千个角度，应该是个个角度，都能解释出真相的。所以依照缘分去换角度看问题，

而很多人认为学了佛法才亏了。

缘的到来是课程，你如果是个认真学习的好学生，从wholesome的角度去看，那么这个
场景永远是perfect的。如果你深入细节，只观察特定的角度，也许你就会感觉有很多
的不满意。

否接受这个“缘”。比如有个人来打了你一拳，你能接受这个“众”里的他和被打一拳
的那个“缘”吗？你能在经受这一切而还没有理解其中之“妙”的时候，去关注在“观
”自己的应对，去理解自身到底有什么课程要学这个角度上吗？
光是接受对方仅仅达到了心理上的wholesome。真正能从感受上容纳下更大一些的“非
我”，才是佛修上的一定程度的wholesome。你说的把握，我看跟我说的容纳的含义基
本上类同。而把握的要点，就是要有更大的容纳。
如果把缘和因果理解成报应，那就含有很大的惩罚含义了。而事实上缘是因为你自身的
“不通”所以来帮你“通透”的。理解成惩罚是一种因果的理解方法，理解成帮你通透
是另一种因果的理解方法。 |

I think 算.
It depends on whether the old 业 was the reason for you 骂 them.
And whether no 嗔恨心 can 消业.
So could you give a clear definition of 造业? 起嗔恨心 or only 骂?
Here the critical point for 造业 is 起嗔恨心, is that right?
起嗔恨心 means bad intention which coincides with 骂.
If every 言行心动 can be 业, all 言行心动 are 造业, not 消业.
So, here is only wholesome or unwholesome 业.
To be 对自己负责 and 对别人负责 should create wholesome karma. |

涅槃之后的变化非我们现在所能想能及能想，所以不讨论。
佛陀是第一个指出这条道路的人。
这个wholsome的概念其实是runsun的波性存在，或者是梵。
常人只要反观无常，产生厌离，就能达到解脱。反观wholesome，如果只有佛能做到，
那么怎么证明佛所指出的道路是正确的。
我们修行，确实会产生法喜。但是，如果是以空为用，而不是以空为解脱呢？
失之毫厘，谬以千里。
我还是认为要么自证，用自己实修的经验来说，要么从科学的角度去证实。前面wuyu从
神经学的角度来解释实修中的经验就很有启发。 |

每读一次就不得不再次感慨当时立国之父们的英明及远见。他们在北美这块土地上，抛
弃了大不列颠的君王统治，建立起美利坚这样一个伟大的国家。
一切似乎都是上帝赐予的：这块土地上不仅有雄伟壮观的东部阿普拉契山脉及西部的落
基山脉，而且有着从广袤无际的大草原到美丽宽阔的大海洋，这富绕的土地难道不是一

UCI和IVC很近，开车到学校UCI六分钟，骑自行车十五分钟。在社区内可坐校车（共三
站）和公交79/175到学校。社区有多个游泳池、篮球场、网球场、排球场，在leasing
office里还有打印机、健身房、活动室等设施。社区旁边有Wholesome choice、Rite
Aid等，很方便。
有一间臥室出租，$670/月 2人共用一个卫生间，可淋浴。有停车位，房间有冰箱微波
炉烤箱洗碗机，可以烹饪。可马上入住，租期到明年5月31号。
房子信息
- 房间在二层
- 房间的户型是3b/2b，房子中还有3个男生分别住在另外两个卧室和客厅，他们人都很
