He was probably just bluffing with the missile claim.
From his actions and results, I say he has none of the skills he claimed he
had. Because in the end, he only managed to kill 2 people who weren't
involved in his dismissal, and a couple more police who were trying to
apprehend him. None of those who he claimed to have wronged him was killed.
That got to be one of the most dramatic failure in campaigns for revenge.

prosecuted? It's those making the claim that someone committed a crime who
need to find the evidence to prove the case. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!
Otherwise, what evidence do you have that prove YOU didn't commit this crime
? If YOU weren't personally there, what evidence do you have to prove YOU
didn't pay someone to do it?

City results on state math and reading tests plummeted last year –
confirming warnings that testing kids on tougher educational standards would
shock the school systems from New York to Buffalo.

believe a little boy, and by extension Kimmel, were actually advocating
genocide (which they weren't), there's nothing to see here.
If such simplistic things offend you, perhaps it's a good thing Beijing
maintains the Great Firewall. There are, after all, far more offensive
things on the internet. It's a big world out here.
