我的意思是说，提供W2表是申请贷款的基本条件之一。我们从第一天开始，就提供了W2
，代理也要求提供W2。但是在贷款获得批准之后，closing的前两天，代理又说Well
Fargo需要看我们的W2，代理也就直接又把W2发过去了。
其实W2只是其中一个例子。在贷款的整个过程中，Wells Fargo让我们补充了不下10次
的材料，而这些补充的材料我们之前都已经提供给过代理。
所以我的结论就是，Wells Fargo现在内部管理很混乱，根本没有人认真审核材料。当
然也有可能代理根本就没有把我们的材料交齐，但是我觉得这种可能性比较小。 |

来，我去，都交了一个半月了，没有直接翻脸，果断找了其他银行，最后在sfcu搞得了

上周我在网上申请了wells fargo的everyday checking账户，当时没有弄明白RA与NRA
的概念，填成了RA（我是NRA），账户也批准了，现在是可用的状态。
后来我弄明白我其实是NRA后，就去了branch，banker修改了材料，也填了W-8BEN表格
，复印了护照等一系列文件也签了字。
但是后来我收到wells fargo寄来的要求我签名后回寄的application（应该是网上申都
会寄这个给申请人再回寄），请问这个状态我还需要签字寄回去么？我已经在branch留
下了材料和签字了，感觉应该不用了。
会不会我寄回去又变成RA的状态了，不寄回去会不会导致wells fargo没有收到我的纸
质申请而关闭账户
