large puppy.发现BB的质量非常好,软硬适度,色泽圆润,弄得我每次捡的时候都忍不住
捏一阵....不过貌似拉的分量比以前多了,而且粗了一些.也有可能是他慢慢长大了. 总
之看来Wellness对我家这只来说还蛮不错的.
顺便,我这里的petco店里这个Wellness large puppy food 30lb要卖60刀呢.比petco网
上上的价格贵好多噢,网站上才52刀好像. 但是网上买没法用厂家胖子吧? 店里买的话,
加上ebay买的厂家10刀off的胖子,再加上petco自己的10%off,也没有petfooddirect FS
的时候便宜... 再顺便,大家有谁用过petfooddirect的那个autoship program没有?
如果加入autoship, 最后才47刀...我觉得很便宜了...不过没敢加,怕那个program信誉

关于罐头，买的wellness kitten formula, 可以买其他没标kitten的混着喂吗? 心想
那样会不会营养全面点? 还是要固定吃一种?
小咪是邻居从外面抱回来的流浪小野猫，他们已经收了两只就给我了，等过几天传照片

电话/邮件问wells fargo，对面基本就是一句话，你给的信息是错的，不是我们bank
error。
以前护士给错卡号，或者check的地址，大概2-3周左右钱就回来了。这次的payment是
sent on 3.19，到现在账户里没有一点动静，这个正常么？

我现在想开最普通的BROKERAGE ACCOUNT，主要想按照不同比例投资不同类型的指数基
金。我资金不多，想从千元起步，以后每月投入 $500。不打算用 MARGIN 。
现在比较中意的公司有 Vanguard 和 Wells Fargo，想从两家中选一家。不想用
Fidelity.
我看中Vanguard 是因为它是 discounted online brokerage firms 中的 low-cost
leader.

Wells Fargo的banking和mortgage是两个完全不同的department。
市场上能提供类似的优惠的，据我所知，只有HSBC和一些portfolio的lender。
这样想，如果你有一个saving account $100000在HSBC，那么HSBC会给你一个很好的优
惠利率，可能比市场低得多。因为，$100000的saving意味着它每个月要给你发利息，
但是你把$100000变成了down payment，然后再从它那里贷款，就是HSBC收你的利息了
，即使利息比市场上的要低，但对银行来讲，是稳赚不赔的。
这就有一个前提，只有像HSBC这种自己持有贷款的银行会提供这样的program，而像那
些只是为房力美和房贷美做service的investor，他们就很难提供这样的program。现在
市场上tier 1的investor就包括了Wells Fargo，BAC, CHASE，GMAC，他们只是负责收
钱的，mortgage note的owner是两房。 |

想问下，我们昨天的finance会不会对close构成什么影响。如果是的话，现在有办法弥
补么？

标准装法是要挖深到footing，从footing drain接个排水管上来到window well下端好
排水。那种镀锌铁的window well固定到砖墙/木墙上，下面铺上石子，石子下面是透水
布+排水管。这个装法花费小。
我觉得如果上面不可能有水下来（比如有棚子之类），大概排水管也可以免了。
最简单的办法是移走mulch。因为这个东西，引白蚁。如果mulch靠墙，你就有麻烦了。
如果mulch高了，看你的siding是不是离地面就小于1'了。老鼠也要爬进去了。早说过
了，搞landscaping的人才不care你siding潮湿，老鼠、白蚁进家之类的问题。找他们
干活，自己得盯紧了。 |
