孔的进攻线能抵挡的，pass rush强的一塌糊涂，老猪肯定会被逼的毫无出手机会。对
黑猫这场可以看出，圣徒的跑攻是可以被完全遏制的，跑攻哑火时，只能指望老猪再一
次把进攻全部扛在自己肩膀上。指望老猪在如此强悍的pass rush情况下再扔出将近400
码是不现实的。其次，味精的二线打men coverage,恰恰是老猪最不愿面对的，如果是
zone, 老猪还能找到空隙，men时全凭WR的分离能力。圣徒WR中，只要盯死了M Thomas
，估计老猪就找不到人出手了，然后就是瞬间被sack。我仿佛已经看到一出悲剧在上演。

shot with my 3 wood or 3 iron out of a good lie. I didn’t carry any clubs
between them for a long time. Since I bought a hybrid iron at 22 degree last
year and an i-wood at 19 degree two months ago, things have been getting
much better.

it is good that finally got chance to play togather.
maybe next time, we can play the full 18-hole.
your short game is very impressive.
i noticed that all the good players have very solid short game. but that is
my weakest link of my game now. I played courses on Monday, short game was
horrible. it was common that using 4 strokes to get to hole from less than
50 yards.

to get to green side rough on short par5, one is 505 or so with 3wood,

change to my swing. By doing that, the new club fit my swing better.

I can to get into 140, which put a lot pressure on my driving. Even I do get

Exercise: jumping rope 500. ( 150)
I think dinner is my weakest link. I usually have it after 7:30pm and will
eat quite a bit. Need to fix the problem. |

I went through a lot and was under huge emotion stress in last 6 months.
I finally found peace in my heart and was able to exercise quite regularly
