昨天收到律师的喜报，说网上显示case批了，自己一查果真呢。
case很弱，生物医药领域，一作3，总共才13papers. 引用80不到，审稿13for 3杂志。
aps会员（交钱就有）
申请了，membership，contribution，authorship， review
律师还好，回信很快，我的意见都会认真答复。张事务所的bush律师。 cover letter
，条例清楚，很简洁（eb2 才2页，eb1才7页，看不出任何华丽的表述，自己看了都很
心虚，朋友看了也觉得不精彩，也许这正是io喜欢的吧）。总之合作愉快。

I actually like how he played AK top pair until the river call shove.. he
actually kept my weaker hand in. It is consistent with my view of not to
over play AK TPTK. the miniraise river is good too because he disguised his hand strength and i could call even with pocket Js, but the call shove is a huge huge huge leak.. it should be a trivial fold.

1) BB would raise x% of time pre flop, knowing 22 has little chance to
improve post;
2) even BB is weak pre, and hits a 1/7.5 flop with a 2, he'll slow play y%
of time when he sees interest from SB and dry board;
3) BB would under-estimate SB's hand z% of time, after all, HU play.
total x+y+z% makes top 2 a monster here, hehe. |

我小时候特弱。
1，幼儿园来了新的玩具，小朋友人挤人的围着看。这时候我妈妈正好来接我，就看到
我一个人在最外圈左转转右转转，企图找到一个缝看一眼新玩具是什么样子的。
2，有一次拿着一根冰糕在吃得很爽，结果另一个彪悍小朋友走过来要求我让他吃一口
，我拒绝，把冰糕藏在背后，结果他就开始推我，一直把我推到墙上，冰糕挤到地上了。
3，还有幼儿园里的三轮车，从来没有机会骑过，后来我老妈某个周末去租了一辆，让
我骑了个够。
4，最弱的一次是有一天带了几张白纸去幼儿园，同桌说给我一张吧，我说好，后面小
朋友说也给我一张吧，我说好，给阿给阿就给完了。这时候孩子头走过来说要给她一张
，我很弱的说我没有了，我自己都没有了。结果她很生气，宣布所有的小朋友都不能跟
我玩乐，包括我同桌和后面的小朋友。

如果是两个null mutant的话，4代表同一个，1代表parallel，但我这里说的情况是两
个weak allele.
我的课题有一个基因的null allele是死的，所以没法做双突变 |

谢谢Dua，我同意您说的“越复杂的物种调控机制也越复杂”，不过我这次想咨询的是
遗传领域一个比较常见的涉及双突变分析的问题，就是想了解一下通常出现这样的遗传
数据该怎么样去判断是否是同一个pathway，出于简单化的原因，我暂不考虑复杂的调
控机制。我对于两个null allele的双突变结果如何分析比较清楚，但对于两个weak
allele的分析就有点头疼。
谢谢shakuras，我也承认 “没啥两个基因是完全独立的”，但我研究的只是两个基因
的简单关系，而不是从高层面的整个调控网络的角度来研究。 |
