For a case like that, you have to make sure if the patient has true weakness
. In some cases, the patient could not walk or feel weak just because of
PAIN. I haven't noticed you mentioned the pain which I believe she has.
I would check ERS/CRP and CK, a lot of cases like that, especially an aged
woman, could have PMR.
DM amyotrophy is another DDx if PMR can be R/O.

,went等等，同时有些词要尽量少用，例如 very，all，important，used to， every
，often， almost， big，small，great啥的。不是说这些词有啥不对，但用多了确实
会影响观感。
老床之所以不被受教育程度高的白人待见，很大的原因就在于他演讲和辩论的时候过多
的使用了这些weak words 和 bad words. 尽管他学历够高，但给人的感觉是受教育程
度不高，进而形成了一种“心理优势”。媒体在试图证明Trump不qualify 的时候尽管
不会直接说，但他的表达风格确实给了“精英阶层”一种暗示。
回头看，巴马和男克之所以被大众喜欢，其演讲的用词和风格是一个重要的原因。
现在指望70岁老头来改变自己已经没什么可能了，只希望民众的不满情绪能够让选民忽
略老床的这个弱点。 |

的时候，有accent。但是，我认真准备上课的内容；我尽量用简短的句子表达自己的意
思，并注重句子之间的逻辑；我还经常用图，表，slides等教学手段...我的课总是能
够获得很好的评价。而且，我经常看电视，和美国人交流等，口语提高很快...但是phone interview最后还是悲剧了。而且还被身边的人批说回答“accent”是一个不好的回答。 |

教学为主的职位的话，我建议不这么说。因为作为母语不是英语的人，口音啊语言啊，
自动都是减分项。这个时候更多的应该是说，尽管有口音，但完全不影响教学，让别人
放心。有具体的证据就最好了，比如我的教学评价上有学生就说尽管我有口音，但丝毫
不影响他听懂并学到很多。
然后我回答weakness一般是找具体的，比如对一些教学细节的handle，用具体的内容作
为例子，说自己还需要锻炼。这样既让别人觉得自己对自己的缺点深思熟虑过，也显得
更真实和真诚。 |
