请教有经验的xdjm，现在water heater都必须配expansion tank吗（房子在Loundon）

we cannot change the earth. in the end, some day, freshwater will
become dry, especially for desert. but some desert are close to ocean,
like iraq.
if people can adapt to survive on driving salt water, it will
solve the problem a little bit.

大嘴有水面活动,看起来是个topwater的好机会。先撒了玉米，放了一根竿等carp，然
后拿出我在ebay上淘换来的山寨top water塑料硬质小鱼，我甩啊甩。
第一竿，甩到草上，拉回。 第二竿，落在刚刚有动静的草边缘，拖动第一下，一个大
水花，尼玛被咬了， 真心得引用威力的话，虎躯一震菊花一紧啊。 猛的一拉，空了。
。 此后又甩了一会儿，无果，换饵。 之后换了钓点之后，又试验了一把，甩到没什么
动静的地方基本还是没动静，瞅准一条大嘴，落到正上方，一秒之后又是一个爆裂咬。
这次中了！ 赶快拉回来，原来挂眼睛上了。山寨货原来有这功能。。这算是我第一次
玩top water，感觉还不错。关键是不会挂底。。我今天血淋淋挂了两个crankbait，一
个KVD一个rapla，肉痛啊！！！！
在此请教carp问题。大家请指导啊。。 我用玉米，没咬， 换了面包，就正常的切片面

fan of fishing bass from their beds.
Most of the Bay Area bass should have completed their spawn, and are off
beds by now. So this morning, on the way to work, I fished for 30 minutes.
I didn't see a single bedding fish, so that some what confirmed my guesses.
I can get back into actions from now on, through the entire year.

Wwoofing的闲暇，我在岛上最想做的事情就是潜水。没有比在大岛拿到自己的advanced
open water更完美的了。相比学校里的150块这里的450块显然贵了许多，但80F的水温
和60F的水温，能见度和生物多样性自然也没法相提并论。出于事业状态的我回国前一
直有把钱花光了丛零开始的想法，一咬牙就订了。
Big Island Divers是大岛乃至整个HI最权威的潜水俱乐部，设备完善，人员专业友善
，google上不少人推荐。
PADI advanced open water 要求参与者必须持有basic open water certificate或者
相当等级认证书，整个课程由五次dive构成，其中深潜（deep dive）和 导航 （
navagation）是“必修”，其他三个可以从15种中自选，其中以night dive最为有趣。

早就听说了明州的北边有个地方叫Boundary Waters，明州有万湖之州之称，有一万
约两千多湖。有次大家说起这一万两千个湖是如何来的？我笑指着旁边的一个小水塘，
曰：“这可以算一个吧？”众人哄笑。
每到一个城市，一个地方，我试图捕捉这个城市的魂灵。当我站在Superior这个一望
无际如海一般的大湖边，阳光洒在湖水上，微风吹着水拍着未消融的雪堆，我想，真
好，也许我可以在这里坐上两三天。明州的冬天冷，冷得从天上落下的雪都如细盐花，
滑雪时摔跤会生痛，难得有纷纷扬扬的鹅毛大雪，你会情不自禁地要往雪地上打个滚。

说实话,去看Roger Waters完全是因为Pink Floyd以及他组织的那场1990年柏林The
Wall演唱会.不过除了去年的Live 8上Pink Floyd出现了一下,最近应该很少能看到他们
演出了.
去看Roger Waters的观众年龄层显然比上次我去看Radiohead的年龄层高多了,不乏头发
花白的老人,不过也是有很多年轻的学生的.演唱会以In The Flesh开场,现场气氛一下
就起来了.不过说实话Roger是老了,明显唱不动了,而且我还是觉得David的嗓子比较有
魅力.但是吉他和伴奏还是非常棒的^_^.全场第一个高潮是连续三首Wish You Were

Agilent 1290也很不错,但是我不认为它比waters Acquity 更好,只能说相当
如果你要high throughput的话,UPLC比普通hplc好多了

Ironman 的swim course 参加了 2.4 miles open water swimming. 成绩是倒数的那种
。2小时9分钟。
好歹比 Ironman cut-off 快了10分钟。今天一战，彻底扫清了公开水域看浮漂的障碍。
另外我是不慌不忙的游下来。马上投入自行车比赛没有如何问题。
明天参加90 miles 公路自行车比赛，计划进入4个小时。 去年前600名的成绩都在22
MPH之上。这个比赛容许draft, 所以大家都比较快。第一名拿走3万美元的奖金。如果
能进入4小时， 那我明年的Ironman biking 目标就比较appressive 了。 |

connection or water connection position is not exactly the same as the old
one, some brand are more skinny and some are fatter. Try to buy one that
match the old one physically if possible. They sell a flex water pipe kit (
which makes that part easy to do), but the gas connection require black pipe
, if the height difference between old and new one is too much, you will
need to cut down and rethread or buy a longer pipe |
