发帖数: 5133 | 2 你看的没错，枪不和右臂在一条直线上。既然提出来了，就说说清楚。
传统上大家都听说(手枪)射击握枪要枪轴线，虎口，手臂在一条线上，我也是这么开始
的，这样说的也有大拿，比如Todd Jerrett。但实际使用中他们都是说一套做一套，大
家都不这样做，呵呵。其实只是大家没有深究一下，全部在一条直线上的话还要双手握
枪多难受啊，你自己也说了要歪头，还要右肩内挤，还不说要完全做到一条线也不可能
，除非右眼长在右肩上。这种一条线的说法我估计是来自于体育竞技上的单手精度慢射
，侧身，单手，转头，耷腕一系列都是最大限度放松静态地稳定身体及持枪手臂，也不
用担心小口径枪的后座，威力大也不算啥，慢射只讲精度不讲速度。
不管体育比赛还是实用射击，要获得最好的自身水平，关键的一点是放松和尽量均衡用
力，也就是不用力的地方或时刻就不要不必要地收缩肌肉，需要用力的地方和时刻则要
保证综合用力的方向是自己想要去和控制的方向。所以歪头，耸肩，还有weaver
stance的推拉握枪等都是不必要得增加额外用力，只会让自己过早疲劳或者水平受影响
而不稳定。放松和均衡用力的好处是不容易疲劳及水平可重复性强。

Go stand on the street. Ask the next 20 people who walk by, whether they
think it's normal to open carry a gun into a bank. If 1 person agrees it's
normal, then I'll concede I was wrong.

carry in a bank, and post it on youtube for me to see. But we all know you
won't.

中餐：egg salad wrap. 在公司cafeteria买的，主要成分是一张whole wheat 薄面皮
，一勺鸡蛋沙拉，我估计要换成我们吃饭的勺，最起码三勺。两片西红柿，一些洋葱，sweet pepper.
晚餐：一勺橄榄油，半个笋瓜，半个西红柿，半个果椒，一个鸡蛋，两片ham, 三勺甜
玉米，还有两块西瓜。
慢跑了一小时
问题： 第一，不知道这种做warp的薄面皮热量是不是太高了？
第二，西瓜到底能不能吃？是不是太甜了？但是感觉这是夏天啊。。 |

我很爱吃面包， 果酱和花生酱之类的。 但是我意志力差， 一吃就会停不下来。 经过多次
失败后， 我发现最有效的办法就是不买， 家里不存放。alternatively, 我现在运动
前该吃自制的chicken breast warp. 富含蛋白，CARB， 热量也好控制。:)

because of the heat and force applied. That's why we all smell and saw
burning brakes(smoke) down the canyon.
To correct the warpage, shops need to turn/thin the disc to make it flat
again.
Or in other word, only machining will thin the disc below the spec.
If you need help, let me know.

get new discs then. The discs will not break because of your hard brake.
It will warp again then there is no room to thin and get back to flat.
If the measurements are ture then the discs were turned/thinned before.

长周末计划到华盛顿的东部做一次road trip，计划包括Palouse，Walla Walla。周六早
上一路上交通还是很顺利，不过感觉出行的人很多。西雅图附近的天气并不很理想，但
是通过DOT的实时监控，可以看到山那边已经是阳光普照了。
第一站，位于哥伦比亚河谷的Gingko Petrified Forest State Park。这个公园很特别
，陈列着各种树木化石，有大有小，还有一个小小的博物馆，有详细的信息，博物馆陈
列着大量图片、化石切片和一些文献，说明化石森林形成的过程。公园的位置是欣赏开
阔哥伦比亚河谷的好地点，在树下，拿出准备好的水果零食，安安静静的在这大河之畔
，来一次野餐。

因为凤凰，stalker和sentry都是耗气的，钱很多，门口2个地堡一个stalker一个
sentry就防住了6分15秒到ramp的6蟑螂rush。
3凤凰好是6分50秒，到对方家里7分10几秒，然后AI就悲剧了，再也造不不出东西了。
凤凰缩短了时间后，同样的时间到对方家里就是4个凤凰了，这样双皇后也不行了。
可以试试虫族双开，7分出头能到什么样子。看来以后一定要拍防空了。
补充，没想到这套餐连insane AI的zerg都能赢，以后极限一点就是warp gate先不要升了，4个凤凰出门，2个皇后就是浮云。 |
