从Piano Warehouse买了钢琴回来。约好了调琴的时间（扫盲一下，刚买的琴，都要调
的）。Warehouse的人推荐的调琴师，说是神马认证的，资历很高的人。
这个高人来，不到十分钟说可以了。虽然本人不太懂音乐，但是琴明显是没有调好。后
来去warehouse，找到那个卖琴的人，向组织做了思想回报。这个卖琴的还算负责，开
车到家里来看了一下。弹了几下说，这琴根本就没有调吗。后来又给派了一个，大概花
了多半个小时，还算好一些。 |

看你对所谓数据一致的要求了，看你的意思，centre就做个olap的data-warehouse，那
就没必要和local实时同步，centre抽抽reports就可以了。
如果各个local业务可能有关联，需要一些check，那这个多机分布的数据库时要好好
design的，否则出错很简单。这种情况下，不如就一个oltp的db，我看你们的数据也很
有限。
如果local业务各自独立，那local独立数据库，定期syn好了
架构首选php mysql apache linux，ubuntu跟windows也差不多了：）
用vb access iis windows也一样的
gui肯定browser
data-warehouse，access怕是不行吧。表格设计需参照data-
warehouse特点。 |

ETL／ Business Intelligence 也是搞Oracle方面的工资高/机会多。。
有钱的公司才会认真雇人的搞 data warehouse 和 BI， 这种公司用的大都是Oracle。
不过也可能因为我是out of state candidate的关系, 在个大农村里； 现在好多工作对方都要我自己出钱去onsite. 自己掏钱临时买机票到处去面试的成本也太高了
一点。。。 |

了5年以上database维护经验，才能做。没人会把一个database交给一个新人做，不放
心，新人也没这个能力。
database领域最新的是bi,data warehouse，学这个吧，很多公司都有自己的
relational database,但是没自己的data warehouse,建立这个data warehouse可不是
件容易的事情，工作机会也多。 |

shipping. Not as hot as the deals a few months ago, but it's the best I've
found recently. FWIW, ONE tastes a lot like vita coco. I don't like Zico
at all, but find this to be okay.
