就不喜欢外国人的。有的时候，自己摧不动，就真得拉上大老板来“问责”。
我当时办的时候也是HR一开始拖拉，我好说没用，就只好“用强”了。我们是上市大公
司，一般小兵根本不认识高层，更甭说新人了。我走狗屎运，和公司R&D VP是校友，一
起吃过饭。就电话他说“您不给办工作证的话，我想当您的马仔也当不了”。结果VP挺
仗义，拉来手下director,我的老板manager，我本人，还有HR的VP, 一起进了HR大姐的
office, 直接就说“mbright这个事要尽快搞定，他所有的report line都在这儿了，你
需要什么支持/批准，现在就说。”HRVP更直白“waht's dragging it?”。HR大姐脸色
苍白，估计也受了小惊吓，一个劲说，正在办理阿，正在办理。结果第二天就交上去了。
不过，如果不是迫不得已，还是不要得罪HR。俺后来送了伊一个中国工艺品来示好。 |
