我订了audible，跑步的时候听听蛮解闷的，尤其是自己一个人跑long run的时候，可
以让时间过快一点。。
我还听了几本不错的，没准你也会喜欢，
a life without limits，女主人公，莫名其妙上铁人还拿了名次，辞掉工作玩专业去
了。
finding ultra，我觉得就是中年危机的问题，很有意思，游泳出生的和chrissy一样，
主人公是男的。
the long run 这个很感人，死而复生的感觉，很励志。
the longest race，老头跑ultra啊，边跑边和你扯蛋，海阔天空说开了，很有解闷。
waht I talk about when I talk about running. 很真实，一个writer说他跑步的经
历和工作关系。。
BTR和E&R就不提了，DK的50/50比较无聊但是讲到拉赞助还是有点意思，DK也是需要钱
的啊。 |

For those kind of "normal stance", you need to face the server, and stay in
the comfortable distance as close as y ou can.
Waht i mean is, 你想象球从他的头顶过网进入发球区，左右各有一个最大角度，然后
找到这个角平分线的位置，再左右调以下（比如我会给正手让出来一点，因为我对正手
有信心），前后调一下，看对手能发得多快/转/深来决定离网的距离。另外一点就是要
面向对手，而不是面对球网（不要让你的两脚和球网平行，而是在接球的角度里，保持
到两边的距离最短，否则左右调一下）。
