原料:
12块巧克力饼干, 或者巧克力wafer 饼干
2 tbs butter
8 ounce cream cheese
1/4 杯 白糖
2/3 杯 sour cream
2 大个鸡蛋
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup grape jam
水果 (用在上面的装饰)
Cooking spray oil
操作:
1. 把十二块饼干用food processer 粉碎,如果没有这个机器也没关系,我就是用一
只洗干净的咖啡杯, 用咖啡杯的外壁把饼干压碎 (15min), 再加上butter, 混合均匀.

2. 烤蛋糕底座 烤箱预热到325. 把烤muffin的小纸杯放在烤muffin的烤模里 (或
者用一次性的铝箔烤杯, Wal Mart, big lots, dollar tree 都能买到) , 烤纸上喷上
少许的油 (cooking spray oil) 方便烤好的蛋糕从纸上取下来, 不要喷太多! 把碎饼

发帖数: 140 | 17 这个提拉米苏要是就是蛋糕体（或者方子里说的wafer)是湿的，有种入口既化的感觉，
但又不能太湿，水水的也不好，所以一般做真正的提拉米苏的时候是计讲究把蛋糕体在
咖啡里点一下就拿起来，因为蛋糕体很会吸水的，不能在咖啡里呆得时间太长。在这里
drizzle也是动作要快，量要少。
那个cool whip是已经是不需要打的，直接放进去的，我一罐都放进去了。 |

压器的方法，不过dac这块最保真的方法就是保持位深和标准输出电平，音量控制交给
前级和功放去管就好了，终究绕不过模拟放大这一关的。

包到国内或者新加坡了，在这招一个process engineer的钱能在那边招3，5个，以后除
了几个大的foundry估计没什么公司会给做process的fresh开好好价钱了 |

wafer的那种。现在渐渐上了些年纪了，看着公司里的50几岁的同事们还和我们一样每
天在cleanroom里面下苦力，心里无限凄凉，生怕自己将来也跟他们一样。我倒不是怕
苦怕累，只是每天这样干还要提心吊胆公司裁人，一旦失业，连个下家都难找，薪水待
遇就不用说了，每次看到版上那些fresh ms报的offer都眼馋得我直流口水，俺好歹也
是一名屁挨着地啊。
衷心请教版上的前辈们，像我这种情况应该怎样规划自己将来的career path？继续在
这一行做下去？还是换行业？如果换的话，应该往哪些方面转？谢谢！ |

学术基本就是炒菜，把以前的羊肉泡馍菜式换个鸵鸟肉忽悠一下。在graphene的wafer
中试成熟前，不会有革新式的扩张，这个过程能有十年就不错了。
天下大势，浩浩荡荡。
有一路名校数学系的phd找不到工作，转互联网马公，三年多后现在跳到13万五年薪。
对比半导体的干了十几年还是10万。
也有搞航太20多年四十多岁的小头头，没了经费，前几年为了养家说转行就转。
人生匆匆几十年，荏苒似箭，也很残酷啊。

我是即将毕业的博士生（第五年），做的方向是RF/microwave的硬件。具体做过THz的
Probe，THz的测试，以及相关的高频器件。
几年前流过一次片，2.4GHz的RFIC（LNA+MIXER），不过不成功。所以board level
design没做。但是课程的project吧最后的这一步补上了。给定chip做两种放大器（LNA
, small signal），根据chip的s-parameter用ADS设计不同的input/output matching
network。
RF on-wafer test做过， probe station也都用过。RF的器件的测试懂一些，带过TA，
基本的gain, IIP3, NF, P1dB, s-parameter带着小本测了一学期。。。
Sensor以及sensor外围电路也懂一些，我的探头就集成了自己设计fab的strain sensor
，用来测定探头的接触力和接触角度。
Semiconductor fabrication经验还可以，大概四五年clean room experience了。常用
