硅基的晶圆能贵到哪里去？如果考虑晶格不匹配，加一层三五族的缓冲层就可以了。再

期间我问Jose，什么车比较容易出现这样的情况，他立刻拿出来一包坏了的锁芯一个一
个的给我看，绝大多数都是chevy，也有Chrysler和Lexus。他上一次给Ford focus换锁
是6个月以前，一直没发现这一款的wafers已经用完了。但我网上查了一下，Ford
Focus的ignition cylinder故障的例子很多，其它车型不了解就不乱说了。
我说其实我可以按照网上的方法自己换，便宜很多（我当时已经把方法打印出来了）。
他说网上很多卖锁的都是自己去junk yard拿了旧锁，最多换了新的wafers。他自己就
经常这样做！
锁修好后，喷了些WD40，来回抽插钥匙，清理出来好多脏东西。Jose说每三四个月喷一
次，会让锁出故障的机会小很多。这次修好锁有之后90天的warranty。Jose还建议在网
上用最便宜的价格买一个Ignition cylinder放在车里，如果再出现类似情况可以自己
解决问题；最好用一个锤子敲，但是要是那种只有金属的钥匙，不然芯片容易坏，用手
敲的话似乎力道不够。即使解决不了，打电话给locksmith也会便宜好多，因为只需要

多名牌。等到这些地方的市场打开了，美国不买中国的东西，关系也不大，反正换来的
美元将来也是废纸。
看看和澳大利亚的铁矿贸易，中东的轻轨，南美高铁，非洲的电信，还有根欧洲桌面底
下的小动作。美国已经快坐不住了。中国的现代工业、高科技产业可能还很弱，但是发
展的速度别说看不见。还有新兴产业比如新能源，中国或许还没办法自主开发核心技术
，但是也不会落后。这些都是机会，现在场面是乱，趁乱才能做大阿。
举个几年前我身边的例子吧。一个做半导体wafer的小强，因为家庭原因困在北美作博
后。后来想通了回国，马上受到重用，地方官员接待，直接给投了几千万在南方哪个工
业园办厂，他一个人占小半的技术股。旁边就是个做led的厂子，说以前都只能买日本
的wafer，现在直接从他这儿订货。他说他在国内和在北美干的没什么不一样的，只是
国内这个机会叫他抓住了。 |

什么cpu也好，gpu也好，wafer占的成本不大。 你看那么多fabless 活得都好好的，因
为人家赚得是wafer成本之外的知识附加值。再往上就是赚生态的钱，类似arm授权费，
类似于intel对于x86的近乎垄断。
cpu 集成 gpu 是架构上的重大进步，类似于之前cpu集成memory controller 减少了访
问延迟。 cpu 集成gpu，不仅可以减少cpu gpu间访问延迟，也能提升数据带宽，并且
做到cpu gpu统一寻址，这对于程序员是很友好的。 要知道最早时候 fpu 也是作为cpu

搞出来了，成本先不说，别的汽车厂商也不见得要买Tesla弄出来的芯片

现在公司内部调动做buyer之类，但是不清楚老板同意不同意，因为公司没有这样的内

就想辞职的，因为公司文化实在是不咋地，经常加班，但是没有加班费，工作环境也很
吵，感觉现在都处于亚健康状态，没有辞一个是因为身份一个是因为当时硕士学位还没
拿到手。现在已经过了30了，发现再不改变就真来不及了。不想继续半导体行业混了，
现在还不是做wafer，如果做到wafer，每天clean room更惨。中间陆陆续续投过其他行
业职位，但是没有回音。

wafer plant in northern China for CPU chip sets, according to a statement

后者用类似沉淀过滤，及化学吸附的方法。
蒸馏水里还是有很多营养物质的，比如微量元素拉什么的，但是这

干脆联合外面的公司，生产纯净水。效益不错。内部买水,当时一张
优惠0.5RMB一桶(5斤),别系的好象1RMB一桶。其实如果你认识121所
的研究生，让他们帮忙买优惠圈或者干脆让他们进clean room帮你拎
