pirana清洁那步还是一样的，然后用Trichloro(1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyl)silane
。这东西挥发，所以不用拉膜。只要弄几个毫升放个表面皿里，然后和silicon wafer
放在一个密闭容器内，过一夜，你的wafer表面就会有一层含氟layer，和PTFE一样不粘
。对了，密闭容器里不要太干，需要痕量的水催化反应

最近在silicon wafer上通过ATRP长polymer,先要immobilize合成好的initiator（就是
Matyjaszewski文献中的11-(2-Bromo-2-methyl)
propionyloxyundecenyltrichlorosilane）。一般固定initiator大都在tolune里，我
做了也没问题（我加了TEA）。但现在因为特殊需要必须在极性溶剂如DMF中做，这样固
定initiator的效率大大下降了，长2天的效果都远不如tolune中的好。有没有什么办法
克服？比如有没有别的什么极性溶剂比较好？
另外,反应前silicon wafer表面我用UV/O3照30min，这一步是让表面产生SiO2，照射强
度应该够了吧。 |

我们实验室用的是headway research Inc的photoresist spinner。转速最高一般用
3500，它实际应该比3500大。厚度嘛，要看溶液的浓度和转速了。和wafer接触的那部
分是可以换的，有的可以转很大的wafer，有的只能转很小的。我们实验室就能转很小
的，大到8inch的。隔壁实验室只能转1×1cm2.他们的是可以换的那种，他们把可以换
的底座弄丢了。 |

话说半导体生产线上的feature size越来越小，随便掉上个灰尘，电路就完了。clean
room虽说本身不停地过滤，但干活的机器总得跑，有个碰撞，摩擦什么的，于是particle
就无处不在。wafer上有了particle, 旧式的方法是：洗！把wafer扔到大水池子里，通上
兆赫级的工业超声波，振啊振，希望particle能掉下来。这么一来，虽说particle有可能
掉下来，又说不定给沾上什么chemical乐。
偶老板说，笨，洗什么洗，看过星球大战罢？看我把particle给打下来。于是接了个活，
然后偶就是设计和操作激光炮的那个。
