前按：在我们日常生活中，虽然写成功学书的人很多，但是真正能够以严肃态度研究成
功群体的人确不多。更何况大千万众对于成功的定义不太一样。今天要推荐的这篇文章
，显然是以一个人的财产来衡量成功。我虽然不苟同，但是我们不妨用一个平和的心态
来看看这样所谓的研究说明了一个什么道理。
华裔专栏作家Sophie Chuang近日在M2上撰写了一篇关于成功人士的共有品质的短文。
在文中，她主要引述了在领导力学（Leadership)方面颇有研究的伯克博士（Dr Jude
Miller Burke）的研究成果。
伯克博士对数百个白手起家的百万富翁的背景进行了仔细研究，试图寻找他们共有的一
些特性。如果能够找到，那么就对于指导人们如何追求财富上的成功有所帮助与启发。
本来人不尽相同，一百个富翁极有可能会有一百个让他们成功的因素，如果取交集，基
本上为空，那自然得到有效的结论无从谈起。但是伯克博士却意外的发现了一个非常普
遍存在于这个人群的共性，并且这个共性还有别于大众对比群体。
