PS：最简单的面包也是值得我们去做的，因为最简单的东西才能锻炼和彰显基本功。
方子来自“ultimate bread”。
2 tsp yeast
1tsp sugar
300ml lukewarm milk
500g bread flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
egg glaze:made with 1 egg and 1 tbsp milk
将酵母和糖撒入125ml的牛奶里，放置5分钟，搅拌溶解。然后倒入剩下的牛奶。
再另一个盆中，放入面粉和盐，搅拌均匀。中间挖一个洞，倒入溶入酵母的牛奶。揉成
面团。
面团如果无法在10分钟内揉出筋，是那种可以windowpane test的程度，那么可以揉均
匀后发酵半小时后再揉，几分钟后就可以出筋了。
第一次发酵至两倍大，然后进行整形。
整形是先卷成一个loaf，然后弯成S型，放入loaf pan中进行第二次发酵，记住：两次
发酵都要盖上保鲜膜哦。
当面团发酵到高出烤盘2.5厘米的时候，就可以预热烤箱400F。这时候，开始刷蛋液。
400F， 烤45分钟。

的路线，现在人谁还用墙纸？当然色泽和风格老辈人还是有喜欢的，俺也不说啥；厨房
整个不着四六，象是COUNTY STYLE，但那地砖和白色CABINET一点不匹配，那餐桌和椅
子该扔掉了。。。那些家具你要真喜欢，给个四五千到头。我建议是不要了，买新的，
STYLISH的，一两万可以很好。这种家具风格不会有RESALE VALUE的，LIVING ROOM基本
没法看。房子还是不错的，厨房应该翻修，格局和APPLIANCE都有问题。 |
