沿还有好长一段距离。 加内特不可能摸到篮板上沿。
我研究了几天vertical jump，发觉网上好多信息都是忽悠人的，都是靠意淫的数据把
人神话。nba不搞体测，没有什么官方数据，但是看扣篮大赛基本能看出个大概，还没
有人能在跳跃之后明显使头高出篮筐的。助跑摸高比vertical jump能高20%左右，助跑
都只是这水平，vertical jump不可能牛到哪去。
真正的牛人在nfl，平均弹跳比nba强出一大截，vertical jump比别人助跑跳的还高。 |

腿软软的下来，忽然看到旁边有个测vertical jump的，不助跑不垫一步，直接起。好
奇心起去测了一下，第一次不知道那里出了差错，居然给了我一个31.4 inches的数据
，极度不可能，都有80厘米了。
再测了5，6次，果然极其稳定的在24-25 inches之间，哈哈，比较符合。大概60cm出头
，估计不打篮球不骑自行车能多个2 inches
数据统计老美10%的人能 vertical jump 34 inches之上，
老美真能跳啊 |

看到男主角飞跃断崖，用两个冰镐钉住对面悬崖的时候，我感动得要吐了。我真佩服
他，丫的真不是人，是超人。在如此高的海拔上，正常登山者就连走路都困难，一般是
喘口气，走一步，再停下来，喘气，再走一步。丫的却能直接飞跃，牛。
转一个别人的评论，很遗憾，找不到原始的出处：
