现在的问题，不是说薄熙来versus温家宝的问题，而是社会主义公有制versus权贵官僚
买办资本主义私有制的问题。
现在的问题，不是薄熙来王立军能不能有个较好结局的问题，而是中国仅存的国有资产
是不是会一步步被蚕食甚至有一天被花街资本和权贵买办资本鲸吞的问题。
现在的问题，不是说重庆是不是还会唱红打黑的问题，而是中国是不是将重新回到半殖
民地半封建的买办权贵资本主义社会的问题。
如果说几十年的三中全会打着社会主义的旗帜，打着全民先富起来的旗帜，全面抹黑文

The headline of a recent article by the Washington Post’s Peter Wallsten
capsulizes, inadvertently, the supreme paradox of the Obama presidency.
“Obama struggles to balance African America’s hopes with country’s as a
whole,” it says.
The story documents Obama’s struggles over the last four years, which
continue today, to avoid overplaying his hand as the first black president,
yet to also not ignore this fact.

show that areas with the highest gun ownership in America experience the
least crime on a per capita basis.
It now appears that what Lott discovered as true for the U.S.A. is true for

如果从1980年与1988年的数据看，比如失业率、经济增长率，1988年都比1980年好一些
。那么原因是什么呢？
很简单：透支未来。
里根给富人减税以讨好富人获得富人支持，同时增加联邦政府支出来创造就业。国
债八年间从997billion增加到2850billion。通过增加联邦政府支出来创造就业不是新
鲜事，New Deal是经典。Bernie 的Rebuild America Act也是这个思路。但是政府赤字
飙升的运营方式谁都知道是不可能长期持续的，透支未来后人是要被迫买单的。
另外一个有利于里根的，是当时还没有NAFTA、CAFTA、PNTR with China。投资和消
费都主要在美国国内与欧洲发生。相对平均的收入状况使得制造业没有大量转移。所以
里根经济得以维持并取得一定成绩。
但是后人必然要为里根埋下的贫富差距买单，要为其赤字买单。滴水经济水是根本
滴不下来的，现在的状况就是：给富人减税，他们就用这笔钱去华尔街投机，去海外制
造，榨取世界廉价劳动力的血汗，同时把本国的劳动者推向贫穷，迫使他们接受更低的
