为什么美国人的房屋都只是一栋栋的房子，没有院墙，甚至地面楼层的窗户连个防盗栏
都没有呢？因为美国人法律意识强——法律意识强不代表美国人都不犯罪，而是因为人
人都知道犯罪成本高，心有害怕，不敢违法乱纪。
一、 城堡法
加州有一个“城堡法”（Castle Law）又称“不退让法”（Stand Your Ground Laws）
。在加州，当受害人感到自己或家人的生命安全遭受了即刻的威胁时，即使本可以逃跑
，却仍可以选择留在犯罪现场，运用适当的武力来进行自卫，甚至可以继续追击罪犯直
至危险解除。也就是说，人们进行正当防卫前没有义务退让或者撤退（No Duty to
Retreat）。
举个例子，甲乙两人作为邻居，邻里关系不好。有一天，乙举着修剪灌木的大剪刀闯进
甲的家中，大吵大闹，称甲他们家的狗在经常在自己家的草坪上“方便”，边说还边挥
着剪刀，吓的甲家小孩大哭。甲要求乙立刻离开自己家中，但是乙不依不饶，还扬起剪
刀冲向甲的家人做剪东西的姿态——此时，甲没有和家人离开自己家，而是从客厅柜子

小黑屋我觉得挺形象的。我个人对小黑屋的理解是：
学区在至少9以上的，居住面积在700-2000不等，年龄超过30岁的旧房子，相比较现在
都有vaulted ceiling的新房子来讲，ceiling低，房间内采光不及新房子，木质结构隔
音效果不好，窗户也常常都是铝合金（并非现在的至少double pane）。
一般这样的房子院子都非常大。。。
很多人都是一百来万买了，推倒重建。
你去cupertino，west san jose或者palo alto随便转一转，都能看到好多个房子要么
在新建中，要么已经建完，跟周围邻居比较有些鹤立鸡群。 |

泵动散弹枪+shotlock方案
优点：
散弹枪是传统的家防武器，上法庭也有形象分
需要的训练较少，成年人不论男女都可以打得比较准
火力强大，如果歹徒只有一两把小手枪（覆盖99.9的情况），基本不是你的对手。
儿童基本用不了
缺点：
体积太大，一般只能固定存放在家里一处，存取的灵活性不足
手枪+指纹vault方案
优点：
体积小，可以放在床边的指纹保险箱里，立刻就能拿到
体积小，可以楼上楼下多存几个点，覆盖各种情况
缺点：
