在机场见到一年半未见的zd分外亲切，后来见到了久仰大名的zd的partner Florin和
Bartek，而且Bartek还是个超级帅哥（口水...）。第一天上来就是个40m 的WI5，我六
年没碰ice tool了啊，虽然基本技术也下功夫练习过的，但这样的warm up也太过分了
。结果我是折腾了大概半个小时才上来，走几步休息一下。zd说他都快被冻死了。然后
我们就去了South Park，一个带点stemming的路线还挺有意思的。
Day 2去了New Frontier，这次所有的７个人都在，set up了４个toprope，每个
toprope有两个variation，效率很高。发现大家很有才，开发了些比较crazy的
variation。后来Florin，Deborah和Bartek去了school room，我和zd回去了。第二天
不想太累。结果回去聊天才发现，Bartek在ice上面的milage其实还不如我，结果就是
胆子大，比较motivated，比我爬得多，还爬得好。不行我不能老给自己找借口。

女生，攀岩两年半，住在南加。基本每周末野外攀岩，喜欢multipitch。有兴趣结识不

岩大家熟悉对方的习惯。我对用ATC和grigri都非常熟悉。
攀岩类型的话，运动，抱石和传统都有。运动（先锋5.11 a/b，可以follow到11d，还
没是试过12a) 和抱石 (V3/4/5) 时间最久；传统刚开始不到半年，领攀过yosemite 路
线 royal arches上的5.7，tahquitz上angel's fright的三个pitch(5.6/5.7
variation start 和 最顶上的5.6 finger crack variation）；先锋过joshuatree的5
.7; tuolomne的cathedral peak；mammoth canyon lodge的一个5.8路线。还有一些其

a little bit when he was very young, then his coach asked him to
change to shakehand, but he could not learn how to loop well for
his backhand, so he changed to LPs.
He told me you can play well for every type of rubbers, as long as
u work hard.
But 2 side smooth rubbers are easiest to improve.
I believe professional player world is more boring since there are
not much variations, but in our amateur world, it is more fun to

Sure, 2000 level player G F/S S are doing that, LP RBP is not a loop,
instead, it is no spin punch.
Actually one side LP penholders in bay area, most of them don't twiddle.
it takes talent to twiddle fast enough to take it advantage.
Usually it is easier to twiddle for serve/serve return just like
ZJQ is doing, but a lot more difficult to twiddle during a rally.

要pace快点，就上gould的1955
pace慢点，上gould的1982
long run就上bach wtc或cello suites
classical和math的关系，bach是最好的范例，Gödel, Escher, Bach: An
Eternal Golden Braid 一书有详尽阐述。
road running的tempo和classical music的tempo相差甚远，running讲究constant
tempo，特别是比赛的时候。而classical则蕴含着跟多的variations。
和classical的tempo最为相似是trail ultra running，如果把一次trail ultra的每一次foot landing根据步频，速度和海拔配上音符，说不定是一曲不错的fugue。 |

from other guys.
For baseline rally itself, your strokes are more than enough for 3.5 females
if it is like the video in your game.
I am not sure how to point it exactly on your forehand follow thru.
Maybe it is about your right shoulder. It is kind of stiff and tight, then
stuck there with your chin when you finish. This reduced your fluency as
well as the recovery efficiency.

如果对方是一个PUSHER，但是一发稳定有球速（落点不刁），跑动积极，体力充沛，
有削球有LOB有正手一拍攻球，有VARIATION能力底线相持能力较弱。
你只有软弱的二发（类似于第三发球），一发和正反手全部无法发力（假设受伤），
体力不如对方好。有一定手感，可以打出一些线路和PLACEMENT，网前机会球可以
稳稳地结束一分，后撤步高压稳定性尚可，后退/后仰跳起/反手位高压不稳定。
或者说，你相当于一个比对方技术水平略高的女子选手。
这球怎么打？
仅仅凭借意识/手感/线路/截击的优势，可以打出一些WINNER。但是想要争胜，貌似
很困难。双方互比VARIATION，比移动，PUSHER占优啊。感觉除非对方出于某种原因
一发状态下降，否则很难破掉对方发球局。 |

发帖数: 6757 | 16 您说的没错，光靠PUSH到4。0+基本就到头了，所以我加了HACK. 我对Pusher 的定义是
想尽方法把球顶/挡回去，等待对方失误，有时也会趁机抽上几拍。Hacker 可以说是
Pusher的升级版， hacker 主要就是要想尽方法让对方打得难受，不让对方打出平时的
节奏。用的最多的方法就是chip, slice, dropshot, 上网，etc，被动时就push. 邪派
的pusher该比较容易transform into这种打法。
我认为暴力打法打好对基本功要求还是很高的。野路子连续打一两拍暴力球也是可以，
在4.0该可以压住对方, 在4.5靠这个打法可以赢些game, 但要赢match 真的不容易。我
也不是说不该暴力打，我只是觉得对于不正规打法的人， variation >> 暴力. (暴力
也是variation的一种)。
我个人经验是碰到这些人我要么输的极快，要么赢得很吃力。真正靠暴力赢球人的不多。

There are way too many variations in WCS ... not a good one to start for
beginner.
The variations are not only in patterns, but also in steps. While the basic
pattern is 6 steps, lots of advanced patterns are in 8, 10 or 12 steps.
It is a fun dance for sure.
If you are into latin/casual style of dancing, try salsa. Much more
mechanical with as much if not more fun. |

我刚开始跳舞的时候，正好电影院放centerstage那个电影。
我看了无数遍。以前比较喜欢american ballet theatre的angel corella。
我喜欢偏力量型的男的。

这些巴赫的
爱好者。听了以后，顿觉诚惶诚恐。考虑到Soprano的功力，便提前一直再暗地里
准备：一旦见到Soprano的大作，我该如何反驳。
有个卖D版古典CD的哥们认识很多音乐爱好者，包括我。他跟我说，他做过一个统
计，在喜欢巴赫音乐的人中，理工科毕业的爱好者的比例要远远多于学文科的。
而对于李斯特和瓦格纳，这个比例正好反过来。我是这么来理解这个统计现象的：
1. 中国教育只把学生分为文理两大类。
2. 他们爱好音乐的程度基本上是一致的。
3. 音乐爱好者缺钱的程度基本上也一致。
4. 他们找到我那个卖D版音乐的哥们几率是基本一致的。
5. 理科学生受自然科学训练多年，文科学生受社会科学训练多年
6. 自然科学侧重公式定律，即自然的秩序。社会科学侧重诗词小说，即人类的情感
7. 人类总是喜欢能引起自身共鸣的东西
所以，巴赫的音乐中有更多的秩序美。证毕。
就我个人而言，一开始并没有觉得巴赫的音乐如何。是维瓦尔第的“四季”推倒了我

It was the famous photojournalist Robert Capa who once said "If your
photographs aren’t good enough, you’re not close enough.” He was talking
about getting in amongst the action. If you feel like your images aren’t ‘
popping’, take a step or two closer to your subject. Fill the frame with
your subject and see how much better your photo will look without so much
wasted space. The closer you are to the subject, the better you can see
their facial expressions too.
