底特律每天仍在建设新的建筑物，重建工作也没有停下，但是建筑摄影师Philip
Jarmain着迷于20世纪初的建筑——包括保存完整的建筑，比如说底特律美术馆和守卫
者大楼，以及曾经是标志但现在已经是一片废墟的建筑。
Jarmain的家人出生于底特律。在过去的五年中，他一直记录着这座城市，系列作品“

我们厕所的面积是5x10，只有tub+shower，没有单独的shower。
一：vanity.54"。材料是quartz。连工带料代拆旧欢新680。相当于你这几项吧。
• Remove existing pedestal sink
• Remove existing faucet
• New 30” vanity and cabinet
• Install new marble tub with drain and faucet
（不明白你为什么喜欢marble，那玩意中看不中用，很容易stain，久了还漏水）。
二：浴缸四周墙壁拆旧换新，人工300，厕所地面拆旧换新350。
材料另算400多吧(我们用了一些花砖,拦腰也加了一圈花砖,这种砖是论片买的).
相当于你这几项.

刚又看上一个正在修的新房，地点不错，1900 sqft的ranch，号称granite tops,
hickory floor in kitchen, SS appliances, maple cabinets. 现在刚把外面基本修

下信息希望对楼主有帮助.
bathroom里换马桶浴缸如果不改地方是不需要管道图的,但是马桶浴缸或是vanity变动
比较大,换了墙面,city的审图工程师会按心情索要线路图.
100A是不太够,本人用煤气炉,煤气烘干机,原本想升级125A电表的,结果电工来一看说不
够,改成200A了.
bathroom布局最讲究clearance.toilet前需要48x48clearance,vanity需要30x48,
bathtub需要30x60,90x92的浴室不算小,不过如果contractor设计的布局不合理,很有可
能达不到cleanrance要求.
拆墙要特别小心,如果不请structural engineer,自己来弄的话,有两种做法,
一种就是打开drywall墙面,看看里面有什么,再决定能不能拆,另一种是到楼上楼下去看
墙的位置上下走了什么线和管道,有没有承重.
排气管能够直上屋顶最好,如果有原因不能上屋顶,必须要从侧墙走的话,要根据管道长

滴答滴答漏到下面柜子了。我往那儿多泼点水，头伸到底下vanity cabinet里看, 发现
小水流通过vanity top上的faucet孔往下流。
请问是什么原因？有什么解决办法？一定要在faucet周围打caulking or silicon吗（
如果把师傅叫回来，他很可能会这么做，他和我提过）？ 我kitchen里的faucet周围就
没打caulking or silicon, 从来没漏过，是另一师傅做的。我倾向不用silicon,因为
那东西容易发霉，将来去掉也麻烦，而且家里其他水龙头周围（kitchen的也是这种one
hole的，另一浴室是有底座的）都不用silicon or caulking, 没有漏水问题。

你们买了后浴室重新做就是，换个2扇 double hung windows可以开的，或者sliding
window。这个现在窗的opening太大，所以才做成fixed，好愚蠢。
那些金色的fixture真难看，还是敲了重新做吧，估计不便宜，这种浴缸起码1200-1500
，double 的vanity 800，costco有卖，其他还好，不贵，材料用的一般，估计3500-
4000左右，墙砖别铺太满，都是浪费，浴缸和vanity周围铺就可以。人工看运气了，有
的贵了做的还差。
lz肯定以前没有买过房子。这里很多人房子买过3,4幢了，看见什么都不稀奇。 |

／8inch，vanity只有30inch的长度。contractor说是因为原有地板不平，可是他加了

separate from others.镜子和vanity不太搭。vanity是modern type但是镜子的
molding像是窗户的。上面的灯更像是室外的。其他都是standard了。不知道花了多少

。 现在最流行的都是 洗衣房和主卧同层的 。。 你家一共就3个人， 干嘛要4间卧室
， 不如把bdroom 4 改成洗衣房。。 还可以把 主卧的 closet 扩大一点
主卫 上面墙放 double vanity , 84寸的吧。 同一堵墙在 vanity 右边放马桶 右
下角 放巨大的garden tub， 可以是 6尺X4尺的， 或者5尺5尺的， 然后左下角
放巨大的 shower， 最少要2个人 进去洗 一点都不挤的， 里面还可以放个bench，
楼下厨房太小， 没设计好， 建议 dining room 和kitchen 对调， 然后 再弄的宽敞
一点， 中间放冰箱那堆东西和墙都可以不要， 可以弄 island 。 还可以搞个office
书房出来， 临时住人也可以用。 |

That's an under mount sink. There should be some mounting clip under the
counter that attaches the sink to the counter. Remove those, then use a
thin knife to cut the silicon sealant between sink bowl and counter, the
sink should come loose from the counter. Make sure you have something to
support the sink while you are doing this so it doesn't fall 3 feet and
crash your cabinet.
Then you need to find a new sink bowl with exact physical dimension, and I

into the counter top to support the bowel. So I guess it would not be easy
to remove the cracking bowel w/o further damage to the counter top. Probably

1) 刷墙，三层楼一共 $1700,美国人contractor，在 angieslist 上找的，自己去home
depot买behr配料。如果一间一间的刷差不多一个房间$150~250, 包括撕墙纸，以及拆除toilet
去刷后面的颜色。
2) 厕所，人工：toilet $150, bath tub $700, vanity $200, 至于材料差不多toilet
$150, bath tub $400, vanity $300 (Home Depot & Lowes)，地砖 人工$200
3）Bathtub reglazing: 如果只是颜色不喜欢，可以去找人重新打磨喷漆，一个$350,
而且不会需要额外的人工拆除费用
4) 地毯, 如果是 home depot或者 lowes都是很便宜的装修价钱，都是从材料里面赚你
的。最好买 nylon的，不要 polyester （毛乱飞）. 另外还可以找 national floors
direct和 empire today （见下文）

水工：1000-1500 (加 tub，和连接 vanity和toilet)， 从无到有， 和本来就有，差别大了---- LZ多找几个水工估价。
