但是leave policy这个东西，真的是不能小看。大家讨论的都是实际操作上没有人监管
的现实情况。但是，凡是涉及travel，都还需要考虑，有什么需要防范的意外没有。这
些杂七杂八的policy看似没用，但是凡是有一点点意外的情况，一定会有这样那样的
office来给你细细将每一个条款。
我之前所在的州立大学，每次只要有人公事出门，包括老板去政府开会，去公司开会，
去consulting(私事),学生去开会。每个人都需要在出门至少一周之前交travel
request并批准（当然这个都会被批准，但是系里面至少保留了批准的这个权利不是）
。学校做为雇主，是需要知道雇员在工作时间physically在哪里的。
比如，前面讨论了很久travel。这里面涉及了很多需要汇报的问题。
1. 假如，有一个地方发生了地震、气象灾害，学校的emergency部门需要知道，有没有
自己的员工在那个区域。
2. 假如，有各种航空灾难，你的票是不是通过学校指定的方式购买的。指定方式购买

我的确有朋友在florida投资vacation home。他自己都没去看过，完全托agent买
的，买完直接交给物业公司打理。用他自己话说，除了地址，他都不知道那房子到底
长啥样。他前几年买的价位比较好，也是80%贷款，现在已经完全是正现金流了，房子
也升值了不少。
所以这事儿还是看时间和机会，是不是好主意得自己算自己想。

首先是没有任何contengincy，虽然一般reo property是卖as is，但还是有inspection
contengincy让买家有个退路。另外虽然我们不是很担心贷款，但毕竟这是vacation
home，不是primary residence，我们又刚买房子一年多，还欠一屁股债，这个年头谁
知道会出什么麻烦。再有earnest money也涨到2500刀。seller agent也有些shock，因
为这样房子更难卖了，他的佣金更难拿了。不过，和他探讨以后，他愿意让我们先作
inspection，然后再决定是不是签这个合同。另外seller agent暗示给我发
preapproval的那个贷款公司他信不过，以前好象closing时候有把事搞砸的情况，强烈
建议我从wells fargo等大一点，可靠一些的银行作贷款。本来我也是这样打算的。接
下来的几天网上找了一个当地的对loghome还算熟悉的inspector，价格也还公道，作了
inspection,同时跟wells |
