吧机票都退了吧，两个月前谁能知道你去vacation之前会发生什么事情。项目比较重要
，但是推迟两个星期也不是天塌下来的事情。
我已经尽力把工作交给另一个人，尽力把能交代的事情都交代。但是老板一直时不时让
我交代工作，又问我什么时候回来，我说什么什么时候，他又开玩笑说，这几乎是一个
月的时间啊。我说2个星期怎么成一个月了？
别的同事也都take过2星期的vacation,为啥到我这里就他妈的怎么多话？我法律规定有
4星期假期，我两个月前就提出了，你还叽叽歪歪啥？就算我现在退票了，推迟一个月
，要是一个月以后，又有新的项目出来了又走不掉怎么办？
老板理想的情况是，你不要一下子修怎么多假，而且要不忙的时候修。我回国怎么可能
随时看不忙就马上会，至少一个月之前就得觉得，一个月后谁能保证到时候不忙？ |

做了H1B transfer，并且新H1B已经拿到了USCIS email的approve notice.
但是新东家比较规范，一定要等到收到USCIS邮寄的formal notice 才会跟我商定新工
作的start date。新东家的HR建议我在得到确定的start date后在提出离职。所以目前
我还没有跟现在的雇主提出离职。
但是，前两天现在的雇主突然跟我说公司资金紧张，没办法pay我薪水了，让我take
vacation，但是without pay。现在公司的HR跟我说他们不会把我从公司的payroll上面
cut掉，只是让我take vacation，不发工资，这样我还可以合法的停留在美国。
我感觉现在的公司的HR也不是特别清楚具体的法律规定，我怕糊里糊涂的out of
status
请问版上各位大侠，我这样的状态是否会对我的身份造成影响，会不会以后甚至影响到
