得出海归“不合算”的结论。不过这个结论并不适用于所有人。我老看不惯已经狠酒了
，今天周末终于下决心发一个贴，表达一下观点
回国主要是为了发展，为了将来。而不是为了眼前，看不到将来，只看眼前，不如呆在
美国，然后天天祈祷自己轻松而没有upside的工作可以持久。
国内的好处先简单总结几点：
1：升迁快：回国的话，花几年时间，真正能做出点成绩，很快就爬上去了。有能力的
年轻人在技术企业里面升迁非常快。跟美国是没法比的。而这种升迁快也不局限于一个
企业里面，通过跳槽也容易实现。
２工资回报的文化差异。中国文化是新人刚毕业前两年基本是培训和考验，所以刚开始
工资低，几年后涨到合理水瓶。 做技术的，大学刚毕业两三千的都有，过两年有经验
了肯定上万。相差N倍。 而美国文化是新人跟老人价格相差不大。弯曲新屁屁挨着地
去好公司工作，包裹可能要至少１５万，不过你混了几年发现就算混的８错。工资也比
新来的多不了多少，不少就８错了。 文化造成了你比两边第一年年薪，差距是最大的
，如果你比１０年后年薪，狠多行业是中国工资高。

来美国1-2年的学生最喜欢写这些帖子了，因为生活正处在拧巴的境地里。
为什么这么说？因为，学生根本就不知道美国生活水平是啥样，那点奖学金在美国是真
正的贫困人口，而且还是赤贫，因为连点积累都没有。穷是一方面，另一方面是刚到美
国一两年，生活圈子也很窄，根本不知道美国人的日子都是怎么过的。而且，1-2年的
时候正是自以为已经知道美国生活是啥样的时候，所以基本上是人在美国，然后拿国内
的生活方式往美国身上套，想要在美国过国内那样的生活，这就是拧巴的地方。
对于这样的小朋友，俺只能说，好好念书，然后毕业找像样的工作吧。至于中美比较，
两国的生活方式有根本的不同，而且也根本不在一个发展层次上，根本就没啥可比性..

的舱位没有什么关系。你可以买 call，这样只有 upside 没有 downside，of course
with a cost of the premium，但是那就抵消了你卖的 covered call，改变了
你本来的 strategy. 你可以说用不同的 expiry/strike。但是 at the end of
the day，你搞得再复杂，无非就是在 play with the risk/reward profile.
说白了，你能靠 option 做的无非就是拆东墙补西墙，不能改变你买错了股票并且已经
在亏损的现实。
我告诉你，期权 at the best 是 fair value，实际上算上 bid/ask spread
根本就是个 sucker's game。你说的 zero cost 根本就不是 zero cost，你放
弃了你本来 underlying 的 upside 这本身就是一个 cost。如果没有 underlying

关键还是要看upside。
BalyasnyAM和SquarePoint的monthly return可以上EurekaHedge查，sharpe分别是1.36
、0.94，annual return 10.43%、6.22%。比起上面讨论的几家performance还是有不少
差距。尤其考虑到size/capacity的因素：$40B和$4B的book实盘跑起来还是差别很大的
。。
论upside：几家大fund客观评价应该还是DEShaw最好(上面提到的那几个大组)。
原因很简单：AUM大、multi-strats performance近30年来一直比较成熟稳定、核心人
员少而精。
保守估计且先忽略DEShaw30%fee的fund以20%做benchmark:
$41,000m * 15% ret * 20% fee / 80 people = $15m/(yr,person)
考虑到大佬要拿掉大半，还要再乘个fraction。当然啦，以上估算针对VP及以上的core

顺便画了几个版上热门国家，缩写看索引。
中国最民主的时候是 1912 前后，其他时候都低于 0 线；
日本那个斜升的阶段对应的大致是明治维新，二战中日本还是高于 0 的，后来被米国
占领结束后就直接升10了；
法国是跳的最厉害的国家，几上几下，现在还没有10；
三哥也没有 10；
英国升 10 其实也是比较晚的时候了；

May jobs report surprises to the upside
The U.S. added a higher-than-expected number of jobs in May – with the
Labor Department reporting that 223,000 jobs were added, more than the 188,
000 jobs analysts polled by Thomson Reuters were expecting.
Job creation was also above the average 190,000 jobs created each month
after the past year.
The unemployment rate ticked down to 3.8% from April’s 3.9%. The
unemployment rate is now at an 18-year low.

you don't limit your upside.
In any case, option gives you a much more flexible way to adjust

But what I don't agree is it does not give you a positive return over time
campaired to just holding the stock (during the time you meant to hold it).
This is because the options you sell is largely fair priced, which exactly
offset the upside potential you may get otherwise. For a less volatile stock
, you lose less upside potential, but you also collect less income by
selling options. You do collect a very small amount of insurance premium, |

假设当前节点为r，需要先递归将r->left为根的子树upside down并返回最右叶子节点n
。然后将r->right接到n->left，将r接到n->right。由于此时新树的最右叶子节点为r
，返回r供上层递归使用。代码里的newRoot是为了返回整个树upside down后的新的根。
