我全家搬到美国的第一站就是北卡（North Carolina)的夏洛特市(Charlotte)，北卡州
气候适宜，经济也算不错。尤其是夏洛特市，是全美第二经济中心，是包括美国银行在
内的多家银行的总部所在地。经济发达，风景优美，繁花簇锦。我们一家都很喜欢这个
城市。但是绿化太好也有一个缺点，春夏天容易让人花粉过敏。北卡州还有一个好处就
是它的教育发达，无论是私立高中还是大学，在全国都排的上前列，比周边的南卡等州
好的不是一个档次。但是生活成本却不高，中国人也不多，所以可以说是留学的一个绝
佳选择。

核心提示：美国教育部、美国高等教育认证委员会等机构公布最新的全球“野鸡大学”
黑名单。此次更新的名单共曝光未被认证的大学和教育机构691所。与2年前名单相同的
是，美国大学数量仍然是最多的，此次共有342所院校和机构入围，约占总数的50%。
自两年前媒体曝光了全球1500多所“野鸡大学”后，记者日前再次从美国教育部、美国
高等教育认证委员会等处，获得最新的全球“野鸡大学”黑名单。此次更新的名单共曝
光未被认证的大学和教育机构691所，其中包括部分上回曝光过，但仍在运营的院校。
记者发现，学校数量虽下降了，但办学方式却有所翻新，而且办学地区也比两年前多了
10个，“野鸡大学”市场需求有增多趋势。
与旧名单相同的是，美国大学仍然占上榜院校总数的最大头，此次共有342所院校和机
构被曝光，约占总数的50%。其中又以夏威夷和加利福尼亚最多，分别有30所和45 所，

什么叫中国“立宪百年”？
1908年清室所谓“预备立宪”，完全就是一个骗局，百年来一直为各方所唾弃。
骗局被民众识破以后，激起众怒，立宪不出三年清廷即被推翻。这也叫立宪？！
这帮人居然把这段历史再搬出来晒太阳，还为清廷唱赞美诗，还幻想着君主立宪，人都
无耻到这种地步了，那真的不能怪共产党了。
什么叫民主、自由、平等、人权？我们都久居美国，你们说美国大街上有人权吗？到处
都是homeless people，冬天一场雪就死一片，到处都是枪击案盗窃案，这有个头的人
权啊？退休的老人，生大病的人都不能得到医保，这有个头的人权啊？

needed. Two universities need 4 billion yuan.
