如果卖方真是real estate lawyer，在合同上又没有declare的话，可以用unequal
presentation，可能judge可以接受。而且卖主看到合同上有这么含糊的地方，从卖主的知识和背景，他应该澄清，所以没有meeting of mind。
其实卖方可能只是生气，不一定告你。 |

I guess most ABC manage to live in the middle and their experiences and

今天老公突然灵光一闪，设计了两幅海报。第一张是借鉴了一位网友的设计，特此谢谢
他。这一张就是如果这个议员不给我们投反对票，我们到时候就把他的名字写到括号里
，明确我们不支持他，让他以后失去政治前途。我们直接把Racism写上去，许多老美一
看马丁路德金和Racism，应该就愿意来支持我们。老公还耐心地辅导了六岁的儿子画了
几只彩色的猴子。儿童画因为毕竟可爱希望能抓到眼球，让别人愿意过来了解，到底是
怎么回事儿呀。
儿子听说要画猴子，十分不解问:“爸爸,这是干什么呀？”
我答道:“爸爸在为你而战呀！”
儿子问：“啊，要流血吗？”
我再解释说：“这是一场不流血的战争。这样你们以后才不会被别人因为你是亚裔才欺
负你呀。”
不知道儿子懂不懂，但是我知道“前人栽树，后人乘凉”。要不是马丁。路德金几十年
前的奋斗，黑人和白人现在可能还只能在不同的水龙头喝水，美国更不会有第一位黑人
总统。
晚上老公又连夜写好了给所有加州亚裔参议员的信。
