1。鄰居心目中的好工人工作了兩年剛續約後突然逃跑，而且偷走了顧主US＄1500
2。朋友的工人故意把小孩皮膚燙傷。。。
3。親戚的工人剛來幾天就逃跑，還由同鄉報警說被瘧待沒有吃飯沒有地方睡覺
underpaid，其實是full pay，自己一張床跟小孩同房，說自己水土不服不肯多吃。最
後打官司親戚贏了但是根據法律還要買機票“送”工人回國。 |

if you live in a municipal which is a member of rita, you need to file your
local tax with rita. you can do it online. it is very simple. it has built-
in calculator and will tell you if you have overpaid or underpaid.
if you live in a city such as solon which is not a member of rita, you need
to file with your residential city. the city of cleveland is not a member of
rita, i believe. |

发帖数: 5637 | 20 有Prop 13，tax rate应该不会长太多。我觉得你的房率涨应该主要是根据政府对你的房子的估价。他们的估价和zillow的估价不一样。以前房价低的时候，政府的涨幅有上限，所以虽然你的房价去年下滑，但因为政府调整上限的关系，所以政府估价可能仍在继续上涨。如果政府估价比你zillow的估价要高的话。You have a case to dispute with county assessor. Otherwise, you should be glad that you 'underpaid'property tax in the past.

怕走人，惹恼了公司，他们会Revoke我的绿卡。说实在，还没找好下家。不管了，老公
工资应该可以紧点过。
请达人告诉，公司真的可以Revoke吗？老公用我的EAD工作呢． |

软件）一般薪水如何？其他的待遇,比如sign-on/annual bonus一般大约是给多少啊？
MS+10年左右的经验，职位的最小要求是BS+5年经验。不希望underpaid，想问问大家微
软的行情。
另外这个Surface team的稳定性，发展前途如何？

这个俺和泥看法又是相反，当前合同签的最肥的是power hitter 和
starter.
看看Big Mac, Sosa, Big Mo, Albert Belle的合同都在10M上下。而
这些人
的防守作用都有限。Manny更是可能签下18M or more的contract. 但
其防守
真可以说是Joke. Big name pitcher就不说了。Reliever 的市场是
最underpaid
(油漆是middle/set up man). 钱少的队playoff不是没有机会。 想
想这些
年WS的critical hit, Brosius, Curtis 还有Marlin鱼队的SS。都不
是大牌。
可以说花大钱买的是carry整个队进playoff的player. clutch
hitter, 象
Edger Martinez, Harold Baine这样的没贵到哪去。
A's 的投手表现还行啊，Hudson细败，Zito surprised everyone.
