1.有没有犯规？
有。这种undercut是所有打篮球的人都忌讳的，裁判也判了。
2.危险不危险？
undercut狠危险，如果一旦真的cut到，小则闪腰，扭脚，大则一年甚至一辈子打不了
球。
但是客观的讲，rayray这个动作没有真的undercut到kobe，只有并不强烈的身体接触。
undercut在nba也经常，甚至今年季后赛，我就看到过几个。比较猛烈的一个是celtics
和 orlando第6场，rando上篮被undercut，然后腰闪了，下场休息。没想到上来的
nate打得更猛。。。
3.是不是故意的？
这个狠难界定。你说RA是想好了就是要做掉kb？还是RA落地没收住？还是落地之后潜意
识里想往kb腰下蹭？还是潜意识里想离球近一点儿？
任何一种你都能说个10条8条理由来。。。
我觉得这事儿应该这么看，看结果。kobe受伤了没有？没有。那这就不是什么大事儿。
如果kobe没受伤，非要职责RA是故意做掉kobe，我觉得有点诛心。。。反之，如果kobe
这球真受伤了，我认为应该给RA恶意犯规2级。。。
4.屁股决定脑袋？

WV在东部 NO1漂流之州, 出事的后面有没有地质的原因, 我带着这个疑问查看了一些资
料(我拥有完整的漂流图书馆, 连老美估计也没几个如此).
appalachian whitewater这本书阐明了WV是北美漂流最危险的州: 几乎每条河都有undercut
feather(由于 sandstone被侵蚀),而undercut rock是这次MM事故的第一杀手, 在WV漂
流的十几条名河中, 只有NEW R的一段没有undercut的警告.
不说是undercut 一定导致死亡, 但出事概率要大得多, 有经验的也许安全不少, 跟商
业漂流的同学如果掉下去, 死亡概率是几百分之一到几千分之一. 对照一下MAINE, 它
那里的河(包括NEWENGLAND绝大部分)没有这个undercut feather, 因此可能要安全几十
倍甚至百倍.
所以出事是必然, 出在谁身上是偶然.
建议少去WV为妙, 前几天我还打算带漂流队每3年去那里漂一回, 如今一辈子去一到俩
趟足矣. |

知识，和自救知识，还要进行一定的入水训练。
在参加这次漂流之前，我只在静水玩过硬壳的KAYAK, 对控制船的方向有一些体验。但
是应对激流、强风的环境在YAMPA是第一次。（Tyler River 我是打酱油的，坐在双人
船的前面，没有感觉到什么挑战）。之前，除了看到事故报告总结的落河后脚不能踩河
底之外，不知道河流中有三大危险（HOLE,UNDERCUT,TREE PIN），不知道UNDERCUT的水流力
量会有那么地厉害，也不知道遇到UNDERCUT的时候，应该如何正确地应对。唯一的支持
是感觉到有团队在周围，心内不慌。
参加活动前曾经试图找信息自学，但是没有找到很好的资源。直到出发那天的下午，
BIN发给我一个总结得很全面的链接，我恨不得几分钟内一口吃成个胖子啊。可惜还在
上班，只能偷偷摸摸猫了几眼。下了班，就直奔机场了。
再说说CASE2 吧：那个UNDERCUT，对于一个由有经验的男队员们掌控的大筏子都能被

发帖数: 9607 | 7 忘了另一个重要应用。就是铺瓷砖和铺木地板时，地板高度增加了，在门框处要
undercut门框，在跟其他地面相接处要undercut molding，传统上使用手动的undercut
saw
而且这个要undercut切一长条的molding是有难度的。
用HF的这个震动工具就可以随心所欲，感觉有点像装修中的手术刀。 |

发帖数: 275 | 8 遇到UNDERCUT时没有及时用船桨或者手推岩壁；落水后没有及时踢岩壁；落入UNDERCUT
时，又由于紧跟被PIN的大船，被压在下面。这些都是导致致命危险的因素。
大家都知道船被卡到石头上时，要向石头方向倾斜身体保持船的平衡。但是这一点，在
遇到UNDERCUT的时候，是不适用的。因为当船挨到UNDERCUT的岩石的时候，人本身已经失去平衡，激流瞬间打翻小船，人船瞬间倾覆，已经没有任何时间去做”BALANCE”了。
所以，新队员要有能力判断所遇到的环境，并且有知识和能力去应对那样的环境。 |

首先我先检讨，我就是那个擅自离位的先锋，对这起不大不小的事故当然有责任。但是
顶着为自己辩护的嫌疑，我还是要还原一下当时的情况。第三天我们要赶的路最多，但
是是静水逆风，大筏子不给力，老是落在最后，所以才有了换船的想法。但是这个当时
并不是统一的意见，反对换船的声音也是有的，当然决定换船了，也就服从决定了，当
时所有的男队员都上大筏子，除了队长和被任命为先锋的我，我在所有男同学的注视下
，划据说省力的单船，所以觉得不该享受特权（其实不单不是特权，而且责任重大，单
船行动灵活，还负责保护新人女生），于是就跟大筏子上一个一直想划单船的队友换了。
但是所有这些举动的前提是我们根据手上的信息判断当天全部是静水，没有rapid,我想
当然的认为没有先锋探路的必要，才大胆的换了船，我想正是这个掉以轻心是后面一系
列失误的根源。我想轻敌，尤其是在一条从没run过的河，陌生的环境，才是最大的敌
人。这个轻敌导致我们犯了一系列平时不会犯的错误，让没有受训的新人掌控有技术难
度的单船，忽视了先锋探路的重要性，前面的队员离队太远。。。

发帖数: 3975 | 16 PIN是卡住意思, 背后是强大的水压, 造成PIN机制有可能是树, 有可能是脚下的石头,
还有UNDERCUT. 去年UIUC的死亡事故也是PIN(很深的UNDERCUT)造成的.
NO 1避免PIN是避开危险物, 其实大部分CASE避开是很容易.
如果落水
1)树的CASE, 爬过树, 就很安全,或重心靠水面,水越深, PIN的压力越大, 越难救
2)尽量不要在比较深(>60CM)有急流的地方站起, 如果被石头卡住, 赶快把脚缩回
3)UNDERCUT CASE是把自己推开远离岩石,非常有意思的俩位落水女同学, 一个推了岩石
, 后面人就没事了, 另外一位可能没有推+大筏子挤压, 因而有险情. 总体这个地方有
一定危险, 人捎有户外素质, 一般是困不死的, 但谁能保证没人犯傻? |

进入YAMPA I+区域, YAMPA有无数UNDERCUT 岩石, 大部分是良性无害, 但有害的一组偏
偏发生在我们把女生换到单人船后(有人提议要训练新人, 还有大筏子风大需要男生划)
此俩女生只有1-3天的划船训练.
一个事故往往是一连串的问题, 先锋据说自己换到大筏去了(没通知我), 我划的是有问
题的小船, 几位老新队员把我拉开距离(我记得骂过一次不要离大部队太远), 几个老队
员单人船没有回避UNDERCUT, 在岩石边推了推过去了, 但没有发出危险信号, 但两个新
女队员单人船走同样的路, 翻船了,我正好赶到现场, 在第一个翻船前我发出了危险信
号, 祸不单行, 在我前面十多米有三位老队员(男)没有理会或听到我信号, 居然在我非
常惊讶中走了同样路线, 进入死亡TRAP, 我看到大船被PIN住, 但他们在30秒中反应及
时从困境脱出(不过落水女生说大筏子把她逼入更危险境地),最后女生在水下呆了45-
60S被水冲出, 逃离死亡.
我后面的所有人都PICK UP我的信号, 全部安全.

就说我自己，在硅谷这个无聊的地方，我不party，不腐败，一周工作七天，
就为了有机会能这么尽兴的玩一次。要是有西北爬山的活动，我想也会有很多热爱
登山的朋友报名，这么开心的玩。这次我们顺路爬 Longs Peak 的一个 side trip，
就有超过一半的人心动，最后去了6个人。
说到这两起事故，老大惜墨如金，我近距离经历了一个，有时间写个详细报告。
这里我想总结一下。一个是这么大的团队，这么多的活动，领队压力很大。我跟
muyang 说过很多次，小心再小心，出一次事，整个俱乐部都没了。其实他比谁都更清
楚。
现在几乎是神经过敏，只要一翻船，哪怕什么事都没有，总有人挨骂。
私下里我们经常说，漂流翻船就好比滑雪摔跤，不翻永远学不会。不过领队压力大
我们也理解，虽然底下经常有人抱怨玩得不过瘾，从来没有人不服从指挥。这个跟
登山的时候领队决定放弃很相似。这次 muyang 活动结束不像平常那样庆祝，
反而强调事故，总结教训，也是压力所迫。
两个事故的原因，主要是队员缺乏基本知识，不论新老都是。我一直记得老大感叹，

棵, 也许头往下一钻, 马上打破PIN的机制冲到安全一边(虽然有点冒大险),真正出大事
的树比这复杂得多.
CASE 2, UNDERCUT的情形也是非常简单地, 真正置人于死地的UNDERCUT比这POWERFUL的
多, 我估测, 在此翻船的人一年有好些, 但从未听说过死亡报告, 基本能逃脱死亡TRAP
, 否则NPS是会提出警告地, 整个YAMPA只有WARM SPRINGS大水时出过人命, 这也是我敢
带新人的原因.
新人也不是吃su的, CASE II女生能在水下憋气全部过程, 也说明我们最后一道保障(个
人能力)起了作用.
三年前的一次翻船->严肃总结给我们换来了三年的太平, 希望这俩个事件给我们带来至
少6年的太平. |

Constructive suggestion: 建议团队多做技术、安全分析及训练。
Pin for 15 minutes不是一个小事故. 如果头pin在水下，哪怕只是水下1厘米，that
is a fatality！ 团队为什么没有立即 setup z-drag? 如果ranger 不及时赶到的话怎
么办？如果真的发生underwater pin 怎么办？团队里有没有rescue jacket? 有没有训
练过 live bait rescue? 建议核心队员都参加swift water rescue course, 这些内容
都会教并练习的。Encourage more people to take a CPR course, which would make
the river safer for everyone.

unstackable的，才能包装；普通东西，可以论堆、堆在一起的，还不能包装。所以这
37个不同的东西真是想破头了。
也很费钱的。他老人家打了一年多游戏，全副身家也才20k gold，还有13k是某次loot
到一个东西卖的。我前阵子每天list 100多个宝石（想象ebay，不过游戏里是listing
time一天，所以每天都要重复list，还得不时防着被人undercut和去undercut 别人）
，累得半死不活挣钱给他弄了5个顶级装备，平均值8k吧；还有价值25k的筹码让他去换
一个顶级武器。。。
还要给他放37个firework
那个firework的原料倒是不贵，极其复杂，需要三种职业准备材料，还要一种酒，只能
从某个地方的海盗身上farm。我昨天半夜咬牙切齿一边打海盗，一边想，我搞得跟杨过
似的了，给人过生日还要放烟火。。。 |

recovered their operating costs. At the same time, an illegal REE mining
industry ran rampant, earning meager profits by disregarding worker safety
and the environment and ruthlessly undercutting competing prices. |
