发帖数: 4964 | 3 前几年，感觉很多东西都在amazon买，那时候觉得amazon迟早会辗轧实体店。现在这种
看法在慢慢改变，改变体现在消费行为上，现在不少东西amazon上不见的便宜，即使便
宜一点点，买的东西不多一般都要加上运费，运费一加上去，往往就没了价格优势。现
在买一两样便宜小东西，一般都能在家附近的target网站找到更好deal，而且store
pickup比amazon prime还快，一般当天或者第二天就能pick up。
Amazon虽然没有实体店那样的成本，但amazon这样的商业模式运输成本比实体店高，一
包裹一包裹直接邮寄给客户，人家一卡车一卡车运到实体店。以前误以为amazon的价格
优势迟早会辗轧实体店，看来未必，科技公司的初始阶段往往靠大把烧钱先扩大顾客群
体，价格优势往往是赔本做生意，一旦慢慢的想盈利了，就没了价格优势。
uber刚出来时，一样认为taxi迟早会被辗轧，看了一篇去年底的报道说 uber
passengers paying for only 41% of each ride，假设公司现在马上转入想盈利模式

美国对印度每年的外包类软件和服务类的贸易逆差连续多年都是一年几百亿的金额，只
不过不管那叫逆差。甚至都没人管那叫外贸，更有甚者像各大公司内部印度部门的研发
开支这一类的投入，估计都被算成美国自己的GDP了,真不知道应该叫什么,虽然从办公
大楼水电煤气的基础设施到人员工资和技术投入,都是在印度本土的。而抛开那些各个
大公司在班家罗尔连篇的办公区不说，就说印度自己的外包服务公司拿到的单子就是一
年几百亿美元。印度还在疯狂贬值其货币。算上硅谷各大公司内部研发在印度的投入，
那应该是一年上千亿美元的规模了。而这产值还是信息流，绿色环保，不需要能源运输
和污染。
可是中国的对美所谓顺差里面是所有iphone/ipad产品，还有三星等等，自己的品牌几

目，至今已经过去六年了，我在J1结束一年半以后用F1来美国读研究生，加上寒暑假回
国的时间，实际上已经在国内呆够两年。但是我目前唯一的证据，就只有护照上的出入
境stamps，寒暑假回国因为不租房不用银行卡，很难证明我当时一定在国内。所以我非
常担心仅有这个证据不足以证明我满足了两年回国的要求而无法获得H1b签证。所以我
跟公司的移民律师商量，想同时申请J1豁免。但是律师（Fragomen）跟我说，如果我同
时申请J1豁免会undercut我已经满足两年要求的argument，所以不建议我这样做。但我
仍然十分担心。现在的问题是，在明年4月1号之前，很有可能我是拿不到最终的J1
waiver approval，而有可能DOS已经把FR发给USCIS。那么，就很有可能出现的情况是
，USCIS同时会看到我的J1豁免申请和H1b petition中已经满足两年回国要求的证据，
