你说的这个似乎比较接近正宗的温泉蛋。
刚搜了下温泉蛋，发现的确不是开水煮的，而是热水泡出来的，蛋白没完全凝固，蛋黄
看起来像uncooked，实际上已经是firm。
实际操作起来的话，主要是温度控制比较麻烦（70°C or 158F，30-40 min），再就是
蛋的质量要高。

个鸡肉，孩子很爱吃。又简单。。。（我不太卖Costco的shredded cheese，太大包吃

我想cooked的那种在切片面包和热狗面包附近，不用冷藏，常温就行吧。
uncooked在冰箱里，issquah 的 costco里有，另外一个好像也有，不是特别确定。这
个我就是开封的可以用自带zip袋子扎紧防止水分流失，然后尽快吃掉。没开封的可以
冷藏，就像costco那样放着啊。 有保质期，在保质期内解决掉就行了。 我想解决不掉
，分开冷冻应该也可以，吃的时候自然解冻就行了吧 |
