的不易，觉得在短时间内能在同一个会议上发表10多篇论文，不是造假抄袭，就是粗制

时间过得好快啊，早上起床已经能听到鸟的叫声了，树上也开始有了新芽。居然冬天就
要过去了，春天就要来临了，有种按捺不住地期待+憧憬+微微复活般的感觉。。。。。
。。（这个是不是对寒冷的嗔心以及对温暖的贪心？？？？？）
从去年12月份到现在，心态一直无法从容平和，换言之，总是患得患失/有起伏，而且
“伏”的多。一方面不断告诉自己没什么大不了的，可是另一方面就是放不下。比如，
年初经历了若干面试，哇，真是太不淡定了，心态一直纠着，患得患失，拿了A家的，
又想争取B家的，吃着碗里的看着锅里的，总之相当不淡定。理智上知道，其实真的没
有那么大不了的，可是，心里就是放不下。这个就是红尘煎滚炒心肝么？
平时没事的时候，以为自己很淡定，可是遇到实际情况，还是克制不住地不淡定。搞不
清楚为什么会这样子。

众所周知，中国虽然是乙肝大国，关于乙肝病毒的研究最发达的国家却是美国。
所以，中国医生嘴里的吃饭不传播乙肝病毒当然是转述自西方流行病研究的成果。但真
要探究吃饭是否传播乙肝病毒，还得考虑以下因素。
1. 目前现代医学的看法是，乙肝病毒携带者唾液里面的浓度远低于血液，所以唾液传
播并不是乙肝传播的主要途径。但注意不是主要途径不代表不是途径。
2. 中国人共餐，几乎每天和家人交换唾液。
3. 最要命的是中国人（包括第一代移民）口腔疾病多，牙齿牙龈有伤口出血是常事，

间上的计算，反推证人能否完成右转。如果没法完成右转，证人证据就自相矛盾。上庭
的话，你还可以让律师质询证人是否在 burger king 工作。如果是，质询为什么当时
对方就知道证人的存在，这个不合理。police report 里的 uncertain，可以在庭上盘
问警察，就按你帖子里说的，问警察是不是这样。如果回答是，你可以解释为对英语的
把握等等，所以uncertain 可能不是个 big deal。
你没有任何证据，能做的大概只有这么多了。能搞成不负全责就谢天谢地了。
PS, 还有就是出示自己驾驶记录，如果没有任何违规的话会有加分。要求调查对方驾驶

只留Betterment了。开户前比较两个公司时没有搜到太多信息，这里决定把我的经验
记下来给版友分享。停用Wealthfront跟它的投资表现无关（我相信在同样的stock/
bond的比例下他们都差不多），只是Wealthfront这个公司的前台后台管理充满问题，
让人担忧。具体例子如下：
1. 在开户３个月后收到一封标题为Welcome to Wealthfront的邮件。
2. 为了避免wash sale, 我在使用了一段时间tax loss harvesting就把两个账户的这
个功能都关了。但是Wealthfront仍然继续给我进行tax loss harvesting的操作。
3. 在２０１５年８月底股市那次大跌后，Betterment发来一封邮件，以历史数据来鼓
励投资人继续持有，千万不要这个时候卖。而Wealthfront发来的却是一篇奇怪的文章:

乐透头彩还低，可以忽略:)你要不要被俺忽略，取决于你自己哦
没有啥严格不严格的，在俺看来，任何事情都是uncertain, 都是knowledge+believe的
混合---理论上的分割线存不存在或在哪儿是问题的关键，如何处理这不确定性，就是
要平衡knowledge和believe。楼顶俺说的就是俺自以为可以统一knowledge和believe的
最佳方案，理论上的，也是实践上的。俺信奉knowledge可以很复杂，believe简单就好
。对believe的东西说明很复杂，却缺乏更为坚实的knowledge的体系，就是宗教拉---
因为人的绝大部分本性还是依赖knowledge的，不反复强力洗脑，很难。
俺不知道不可知论者的论点是强调这个uncertain而完全否定任何的knowledge，还是承
认knowledge和knowledge的增长。就俺的了解，不可知论者还是有程度区别的。 |

哈佛和Mayo Clinic（美国最有名的诊所之一）联合实施的。2006年他们在美国著名的
医学文刊，American Heart Journal，发表了结论。这个实验把1802个病人分成三组，
一组604个病人不确定有没有人帮他们祈祷，但其实有人帮他们祈祷，
二组597个病人不确定有没有人帮他们祈祷，但其实没有人帮他们祈祷，
三组601个病人被告知会有人帮他们祈祷，而确实有人帮他们祈祷。
结果发现，一组有52%手术后有问题，二组51%有问题，三组59%有问题。30天死亡率在
三组都差不多。
